Many thanks for helping on Sept of 1988. I recently thought of contacting your place because I have been seen. I made a place paying Pena And Kahn Law Office on Grand Concourse. I have won my cases. I need someone to make my place. Locos made an attempt to make a plea to bend my life but I proved that they made a mess. Like 10 years back we had a service for my grandma hear. The worst service ever. My grandkgrand chest was cover in blood through her dress and it was there fualt something about the way they was handling her. Not to mention I was told that the bodies get drained and all there insides get removed. Right???? So why was my grandmother's favorite dress covered in blood from her chest. SMH never again. Worst experience ever........

They helped my family through a tragic time with empathy and understanding.

Not like it used to be. My mom passed on Aug 7 th n viewing was on the 11th. She was already decomposing. Flowers I order was never delivered n priest or clergy didn't showed up cause of rain. It took them one month to get my refund. Place needs a total remodeling. It was hot had to tell them to turn it up ac.

DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL SERVICE, this place is nothing but a headache and you will have no peace during your time of mourning. Once you give your money everyday you will have a new issue. They even dressed him with accessories they were never even given. No peace during your time of mourning here. No hay paz aqui

Don't do it yourself. Only see your family, friends here if you are poor and don't care how staff treats you. It's disgusting service. As soon as ywalk theough the doors, you see a family grieving, no privacy , space or anything. The wake has started and staff is still walking around. In and out , in and out. The place seem unprepared when we got here. Soo people, don't come here.

This place was horrible. The staff is very ghetto....I had arrangements done for my father here. They are very disorganized, and unprofessional. The candles by my fathers coffin were not lit. The lady that worked there had no respect she was screaming out while my family was in mourning "does anybody need a job letter" smh! i waited a month for my fathers ashes,and I went to get them they didn't even have an urn which I paid in full for everything. I recommend anyone please worst place to have funeral services.

I want to thank the funeral home for the lovely set up for my mother's service. The place was neat and clean and smelled wonderful. The experience over all was great. I appreciate this place alot.

The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and not accommodating at all. They close at 4 and we called at 3 and he said he wasn t going to help us because we should have gone early in the day. We explained that we had to go back to work tomorrow and he said it wasn t his problem. Never again! With everything going on we just needed a letter for work and he said everyone would need to take another day off to go in together and pick up the letter for who ever needs it

Took almost 3 months to ashes back from these people! Never again! Very unprofessional !
