Mold, mildew, roof work going on. The smell of rotting seaweed was horrible. The smell of hot tar from the roof repairs added to the experience. Arghggg

Perfect location. Right across from Smathers Beach. Gated community. Very safe. Friendly people. Old built but very well-kept and CLEAN: tennis courts, pool, sauna, elevators, covered parking. I would love to live here.

This is a great place, mostly due to the unbeatable location. The unit is old but has been excellently maintained so we have nothing to whine about. Security is excellent, including a locked gate and locked elevator--initially a big problem for us, the country bumpkins. Now, we have it figured out and all is well.

Nice condo overall, but could use some updating. My only complaint really would be the beach across the street is not appeasing at all, and the smell in the air is terrible! That s why people come to the beach, for the beach! Nice pool and hot tub though.

A few noise nellies that should mind their own business, other wise it's GREAT

A wonderful place to stay on Key West. The only negative thing I could think of is there's no combination door lock. Carrying the keys around sucks!

Nice place off the strip but it could use a few updates. Very close to the airport
