I came in for an estimate and they were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services. Great price too!

They have an excellent customer service and They also do the same day estimation for my vehicle damage which is an appointment needed by other body shop. Special thanks to Daniel for that excellent customer service.

This place stole my carpets from my car. I trusted this shop to fix my body exterior damages, not to take my carpet from my car. My carpets were new. I didnt realize my carpets were missing until I was going to clean my car again(3weeks after) my car was given back to me. I called the shop several times to let them know that I never got my carpets back. Everytime i called they try to tell me that they didnt take them. However, LA Smith's and sons had my car last. Where else would my carpets go? For anybody that is being recommended here please take your valuable things with you and always make sure to check for your carpets. This is really frustrating!! I'm never going to this shop again!! They should be held responsible for my carpets going missing! If anyone has question and suggestion please let me know what I should do and I can also answer questions.

P.s. The carpets they took were from the back seat, and I didnt notice cause I have a black waterproof carpet on top of the original carpets that came with the car (they took my original carpets that came with the car) I dont go to the back seats, not unless I'm going to clean my car. So I wouldn't have known if they were missing.

I been taking my cars when I need body work or other parts i need to change,,,this place is the best they get the work done very quick ,and theyr work looks clean and professional,,,also customer service is the best,,I will be coming here always if needed,,and i been telling everyone i know bout this place,,and recommend everyone else reading this review to try this place out before anywhere else,U WILL BE 100% SATISFIED!
