Super fast and friendly service. Went here because I had an Amazon return. Never did this before, I paid $1 to have a QR code sent to my email. I went to this store location and they scanned my phone and took my package (I just put the return item in a mail folder and taped it up, that was it.) and I was out in 1 minute.
Tip: Yes, they do sell stamps in a booklet of 20, BUT each stamp is $0.10 more per stamp compared to USPS.
My wife was waiting for an envelope that had not been brought back yet...she said all 3 young ladies were professional and courteous, they listened to her concerns and she was able to leave her phone number to be called in case the envelope was returned...she got a call from one of the ladies. Great customer service.

Small location but they are super helpful! I've been here a few times in the last couple of weeks and things have been pretty smooth. Customer service has been great! There is a sign at the door showing "2 customers inside" and people seem to be following it. Parking on Sepulveda is almost nonexistent but there are plenty of parking spaces in the Ralphs/CVS lot - which is right behind the store. To everyone who works here: THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE!
Great that this location has a later cut-off time than others in the area for UPS next day shipments.
Took a chance and stopped by for notary services and they were available. Visited this location several times for other services and always received courteous service. Notary was great! Thank you!
Charges a $5 fee for holding a package but they do not explain that over phone or on website so basically traps you. I called ahead and no one explained that prior to my package arriving. I understand charging a fee but important to be upfront so you can plan. 2 stars because at least they were polite about it fast.
Update I decided to change back to a one-star because I called ups again and they specifically told me to do what I did and there is no fee to hold.
Was the first time for me coming to this UPS store, customer service was simple awesome, people working here are professional and hardworking
employees, Cynthia is fast, smart and very helpful, I wasn't prepared with all the information necessary to return some packages, however she make it look like piece of cake, the whole process was smooth and fast thanks to her, next time I have to return any package, I'm planning to come back here.
Latest drop offs in the area - 6:20pm here gets it on a plane by 7pm overnight.
If you need Ground go to the Gardena station off Western for 8pm ground.
