Showed up no appointment. Put me right in a door and started loading. Very friendly.

Terrible place to get offloaded, had to wait an hour just to get checked in. Rest of the employees here are in zombie mode and just pass you by as if you aren't there.

Don't waist your day here waiting like I did. Make sure your broker/dispatch is sure the load is on the dock and waiting to be loaded. I had an appointment for 6am and waited all day. Very rude people and they're having fun with telling me its going to take a long time.

They are extremely appointment sensitive. DO NOT show up more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time or you will be asked to come back. You can park out front to wait if you need to. Put me in a dock at check in and I no sooner bumped the dock and released the brakes before they started loading.

Great shipper. Organized and pretty quick to load you. JUST HAVE YOUR PICKUP # READY TO GIVE THEM UPON ARRIVAL. KNOW IT BEFORE GETTING HERE. I called 5 times before getting up here. Good luck reaching anyone in shipping on the phone though...

Good place to pick up. For me it was loaded in 30 minutes. Good friendly country folks. Overnight truck parking yes
