Quick assistance. Very knowledgable. Managed every small detail. Makes huge difference when you need to bury your loved one. Expensive though. They should have more packages available. Not everyone has cash right away since the policies dont pay out immediately.

one of their vehicles drove past me today like A complete moron , passing dangerously and driving off well before the light was green. Don't know if they handle the hearse duties but if they do I'd stay away...

My husband's passing was horrific, as he was murdered violently in our home. Sonja Smith Funeral Group helped us to, for a moment, look past the trauma, and really celebrate his life and what he meant to us. We could treasure his memories and honor him for the hero that he is. Sonja walked the extra mile for our little family - with support, love, and such delicate care, visible in every detail of the funeral. I am forever thankful.

Better than Sonja Smith and her team you won't get. They helped us lay our baby boy to rest after being born at 24 weeks. When they fetched him from the hospital they handled him with care. They are a passionate, caring and loving group of people. They will always be my No 1 funeral group.

We buried my brother-in-law on 29th March. I don't know who was responsible for digging the grave. It was too wide and your team battled for almost 2 hours to stabilize the frame. The secure bands were incorrect and just before the coffin was carried, the bands were corrected. The coffin bumped to the sides and the bands could not be saved and therefore were left in the grave. What worried us: the undertaker was supposed to meet us at the gate and there should be water on the table. Instead the undertaker parked at the grave and the table was empty - ni water available. I think you should refund the family at least. The team was apologetic but really, I did not think it was the same Sonja Smith who is highly recommended in Centurion. The experience was not equal to another funeral a couple of years ago.
