When I was ready, the ground was fluffy, but after several years it became peccako. Well, it's obvious that it's deterioration. I felt sorry for something.

I bought an annual passport and have visited with my parents again and again
Facilities are also beautiful and the impression of the staff is also good.
We have tables that can eat lunch boxes while watching the hydrophobic fountain so we are having fun with children and zoo with lunch boxes!
Giraffes can be seen from the bottom, climbing stairs and seeing from the top is also good
A zoo with giraffes and elephants where you can relax and enjoy the greenery. It seems that the time has been decided, but it is nice to have a contact time with the goat (* ^^ *)
The penguins were swimming so well
Animals are kept in incredibly small enclosures (eg. tigers, lions, pumas, hippo etc.) Animals do not receive enough space to roam around and some enclosures are obviously not well maintained. Price is relatively cheap but nothing much to do there. Would not want to see this torture of the animals again :(
It was a beautiful zoo! There is also feeding time and you can enjoy it all day!
Nearby paid parking lots are up to 700 yen on weekdays and 800 yen on Sundays and holidays
I went there for the first time in a long time.
There are many longevity animals.
Injuries, etc. than animals that are too rare
I ca n t go back to the wild,
You can see nearby animals.
The number of animals is small, but the distance is short
I was impressed by the view from directly below the giraffe and the hippopotamus sleeping in front of me
It was perfect for grandchildren with a small size. When I went to old times, the old feeling is new
It was nice to be refreshed.
I visited on November 1, 2020!
When I came after a long time, it was beautiful.
The land is still small, but there was an aerial corridor where you can see the zebras and zebras from above, and there was a green plot called the Kyoto Forest.
It was a pity that the contact with the animals was canceled due to the influence of the corona.
Lake Biwa Canal is flowing to the immediate side and there is a lot of greenery, so it was healed.
Of course the animals were cute!
There were restaurants, cafes and shops.
Admission is 620 yen for adults and free for junior high school students and younger
Annual admission ticket 2510 yen
Assistance dogs are allowed
There is no parking lot at the zoo.
Please use the parking lot of Okazaki Park Parking Lot and Miyako Messe.
The city bus stop is just around the corner.
Lots of animals to see, giraffes, penguins, goats, flamingos, sheep, elephants, all for 600 yen. Definitely a must for tourists.
It seems to have been renewed several years ago and it has become a wonderful zoo.
The child was running around joyfully. If you get tired of watching animals, change your mind at a little amusement park. It was like looking at animals again. There is no inconvenience for strollers, so they are saved.
It's new and you can relax and interact with animals.
It's an old zoo, but it's been renewed and it's getting better.
Access is also good.
Adults 620 yen, free for junior high school students and younger. Overwhelming price performance.
After the renewal of the facility, the names of sponsors have been posted in various places, but if you keep it free for non-adults and clean it up to that point, you can post as many names as you like.
Unfortunately, the ticket sales system at the time of admission. Humans sell at the counter right next to the ticket vending machine, and the ticket vending machine takes longer. As a result, no one uses the vending machine, and the processing is delayed after all. I wish I could make a system that can utilize ticket vending machines by making lanes.
I feel calm local. The location is also convenient.
You can see tigers and red pandas from below through the wire mesh passages, and the Yabuinu are so lovely...
By chance at the gibbon? The keeper who came out explained politely that the sound of the gibbon is a song.
In addition, the zoo soft serve ice cream imitates elephants and is perfect for children!
There are many places where you can sit, so please relax while looking at the green and the hydrophobic!
Amazing zoo which I highly suggest going to if you are in the Kyoto area. A ten minute walk from the train station and almost parallel with the local shrine (which is also a must see) it is easy to get to and well marked. Lots of animals that you may not have seen before along with some big animals too! Bit sad to see some animals like the lion and tigers in such small enclosures but my knowledge on that is little.
Very nice and have many animals and birds..
Clean and nice
I get a calendar every year so I look forward to receiving it when I go to the beginning of the year.
Kyoto is crowded with tourists, but this zoo is relieved. The animals also seem to be relaxing
It was good that the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
I felt personally attractive
The display of elephants and giraffes is devised and it is very easy to see.
The more you look at the gorilla family, the more interesting it looks like a human.
Summary
As the zoo, the site was so small that there wasn't much to see.
I wonder if there is a chance to come back if I remember ...
Animals can get very close in distance. Although it is municipal, the facility is very beautiful and it is easy to go easy with infants. Please note that some restaurants can not be brought in even children's baby food.
The zoo is super clean and well done. haha
Moreover, it was great to see the animals as close as possible.
It is a perfect example of a sparrow that is small and has all the internal organs.
After visiting the sights of Kyoto, it s not bad to come here to see the animals and relax. Especially the buffet lunch on the second floor is very rich!
It was nice to have elephants and lions. The road was wide and easy to walk.
It's a pity that there are animals that have stopped viewing due to the influence of corona, it may be best to go after a little more
I think that such a vast zoo is wonderful in Kyoto.
You can also see the locomotive nearby! ! Come with your kids during the summer vacation
It is a spot that adults can enjoy even if they go alone.
It's a small zoo, but you can take a leisurely look around.
600 yen is cheap after being renovated beautifully.
Put it in comfort.
As a location for "Tomorrow"
Maybe the date spot has increased in value.
A great place to see animals and spend time.
If you go to Nanzen-ji, you can stop by for a while.
You can enter with a fee.
I didn't expect much at the zoo in the city, but there are quite a few!
However, I wish it hadn't been a corona wreck.
After that, there is also an amusement park, and children's big fun ( )
It is the second oldest zoo in Japan, but it has been renewed a while ago and is very beautiful.
I went for the first time after rebuilding.
I liked animals, so it was fun.
This is not a big zoo, but it is renovating and renovating. My favorite is Snowy Owl.
To see the long-sought gorilla family I hope you can stay healthy forever
Small and smart zoo
Not particularly rich, but enough
Imagine going to the park next door to see the cute animals
Animals are seen nearby and children enjoy it very much
At the zoo where there is a fox like Ashioka
Famous? But I have been there for the first time.
Unfortunately, Fox-sama was taking a nap
I fell in love with various animals.
The recommendation is Gorilla and Tiger.
And because there is not much to eat
Have a lunch box and feel like hiking
It is good. Re-entry on the day was OK
It is small and easy to move.
You can enjoy it because there is a device for displaying animals.
Clean zoo
Although it is a zoo it does not smell
It s a place where you can study and learn, no matter how many times you go! Close to animals, clean environment and a very favorite place!
I took a child. The weather was good and fun. The lion felt a little painful. I want you to live a little longer.
The place is kept quite good but the cages are really bare and old. The animals don t have enough space to move and some of them are visibly distressed (they keep walking back and forth). Zoos are a sad place, but I hope they will upgrade the current accommodations do the animal can live a decent life.
Kyoto City Zoo at the end of the year in the rain. It was cold because it was cold. I was able to take a relaxed look at Amour 's Louis.
It's a compact, new and beautiful zoo.
There is a cafe space at the entrance where you can read various animal books, so it's easy to meet up.
I think the beasts, gorillas, and giraffes are particularly powerful attractions. There are places where you can see elephants nearby, and there are bugs. Seen from above or from below
It's fun to be able to do it. It's not too wide so you can play around it. There is also a small amusement park.
However, it is quite bitten by mosquitoes, so take measures against it.
Not large. But Clean and everyone in there look happy and healthly.
Night zoo It was nice to see a zoo that is active at night unlike daytime
Sad a cruel. The animals are dying of starvation, the cage are really small and not at all adapted. It's cheap but 4 dollars us still too much to pay to witness animal cruelty! Close this place!!!
Small but complete. I was overjoyed by the close contact with penguins.
It is a small zoo.
All new facilities are beautiful.
The distance to the animals was close, so I could enjoy it very soon, even when it was crowded, as the timing when I could see it in the front row came. It was especially good to see the giraffe from the stairs on the second floor.
I thought it was a lot of work being done.
I want to see you again.
Before the renovation, it was a beautiful and easy-to-view zoo, admission fee was 620 yen for general, and junior high school students and below were free!
It has been renewed, the greenery has increased and it has become a park tic. There was a beautiful peacock in the back and we could see that he was courting (^^). In addition, I think that giraffes, elephants, bears, lions, etc. can be satisfied.
The ticket for adult is only 600 yen. Nice place to visit but it quite small. *** the cage for tiger is too small!!! Also the lion cage. Sooo pitiful!
Sense of distance with animals is wonderful
Unlike other large zoos, the park is small, but it is just right for a leisurely walk through the park.
This is the place I want you to visit!
You can enjoy watching it from multiple perspectives. The drawback is that there is only one Western style toilet
because the place is good and there are various types of animals
A zoo that you can really recommend! !
Definitely No1 in the Kansai zoo! !
The space design is wonderful.
To reduce waste, make space where space is needed. The zoo is not that wide, and there aren't many different kinds of animals, but I don't feel it at all. You can bring your own food and drinks, and there are many benches and seating areas, so you can sit comfortably at noon, or if you have a seat, you can sit anywhere.
If there is one drawback, it's a parking lot.
Municipal P has a time system with no upper limit on Saturdays and Sundays.
The coin parking nearby is cheap, but it is small and the space battle is amazing.
If you're stingy and irritated, it's a good idea to stop at the municipality by letting the money tell you, and I think it's a worthwhile zoo.
It was a really wonderful zoo.
The zoo is the second oldest in Japan and some parts of it show its age. The gorilla enclosure is very good.
Good fun, comfortable walking, suitable for young children. There is a small amusement park inside.
This is zoo is on the smaller side which is great because you can see all the animals without feeling exhausted. There is a good variety of small and large animals with a good path to follow. The larger animals could use bigger enclosures and we felt badly for the lion, but the tigers are big and beautiful. All the animals are also labeled in English. There are 4 rides in the middle of the park for the little people (200 yen per person per ride). There is also a little petting zoo which was just big enough for my 2- and 5-year olds. There are plenty of benches and tables to sit and rest or eat your lunch. Two cafes at each entrance offer a small menu and a variety of ice cream treats.
I think that I can watch it without having much crowding. There is no parking lot.
It's pretty beautiful, the animals are close and the kids are happy and recommended.
It's a compact zoo compared to other zoos, but you won't be dissatisfied with the well-thought-out exhibits. The sense of distance from the animals is also close and powerful. The types of animals are not inferior to other zoos!
It is very easy because you can easily go around even with small children.
There are various attractions around the zoo, so I think it's just right in terms of time.
Although it became beautiful, the buffet of the restaurant in the garden is hard on Saturdays and Sundays. There are many places to eat outside with your own lunch.
Although it is a small zoo, the staff are also kind and all the animals are healed only by gentle children
It was renewed two years ago and the inside of the park, which was a retro style, has changed a lot. You can see the giraffe from above, you can see the group life by increasing the number of elephants to four, and you can see the lions and tigers easily.
The facility was renewed, but the laid-back atmosphere was the same as before, and we could enjoy it with our children. The difficulty is that the parking lot becomes expensive on weekends and during the tourist season, and the parking fee is higher than the entrance fee.
It is easy to see with moderate size. I went to see the gorilla mochi family three times. The baby gorilla is cute.
Lion Nile is 25 years old. The oldest lion in Japan. It s already a great old man, so it s very hard.
Immediately after entering, there are leopards and lions, and the tension suddenly rises. The area is around 30 minutes if you go around without stopping. However, since there are many elements that can stop, I think it will take two hours before I know it.
The best place for families with children is the Fureai Square. There are goats and pigs. I think that what adults can enjoy is that they can see the giraffe from above and can peep at the gorilla family from around.
There are a wide variety of monkeys, and it's a great sight to see a gibbon monkey.
A zoo where you can learn from the viewpoint of animal protection. Adults can also study!
A zoo worth the price. Whether it can be called "en" on a scale ... Elementary school and junior high school students and younger can enter for free, but I think it is suitable for children with kindergarten children and younger.
You can play quite well.
It was renewed and became beautiful.
I also liked the old mood. . .
There are 5 elephants! Deep emotion!
A tiger is coming in front of you! Scary!
Comfortable and relaxed!
It is not a big zoo, but you can enjoy being devised to be seen by your side
It was small, but it was fun to go to a zoo that I only went to when I was a child.
The atmosphere is laid-back, the environment is clean, the animals feel well cared for, and the very cute gorilla family! Very suitable for families, friends, couples.
A smaller one. But stay mostly crowded. Nothing special.
It is a place for Kyoto citizens to relax and one of the fun places for children. It was a while ago, but it was renewed and became beautiful in various ways, making usability even better. In particular, the cafe at the entrance and the buffet restaurant on the second floor are very popular, and we recommend it because it is so convenient that you can use it alone when sightseeing in Okazaki.
It is an animal display, but the display by Kirin and Elephant is close to parents and children, and it is relatively relaxed and you can see and relax. Donkeys and rabbits touching in the open space are also recommended.
There is a summer event where watermelon is given to a round elephant, but please go to see this event. I'm going to fall for too much cuteness.
