Many thanks to KXAN and Jim Spencer and his weather team for such an outstanding job of keeping all of us kept up to date of all conditions of the weather during a most turbulent day for all of us in central Texas. He far surpassed the other channels on the air.He deserves a big raise.

The Greed and your cowardly actions by rerouting calls about YOUR BEEF with DirecTV to the DirecTV phone service is unreal. These actions will not tell you how many people are upset. You just forward the phone to DirecTV. We do not care how many other stations are involved in the dispute. Meanwhile we will now be forced to find another local station. If YOU do not fix YOUR PROBLEM with the carrier soon, you will permanently lose so many customers it won't be funny. You will sink below channel 24!! This happened before with you and DirecTV. You are cowards who will not face the public. From 1st to worst should be your new company motto. Fix it like big boys and girls.

KXAN my favorite weather station. You're a blessing ,continue the good reports

This TV station wrote some reports about 3 years ago, completely partial to the child molester party, and help him get his sons get back to him, probably so he can keep molesting them. We contacted him and wanted to tell him our side of the story, and he completely ignored us. For the general public, a real journalist hears both sides of the story, investigates both stories, and takes the real story. Not this TV station!!!

Shame on KXAN, yesterday morning it was more important for our local NBC affiliate to skip, Meet the Press in favor of an overtly politically conservative Christian infomercial from New Spring.org...While using flowery christian language, american flag images throughout the broadcast, asking for money and invisible christian images, this farce was supposed to be for my spiritual benefit?
Most importantly KXAN programmers chose to ignore the historical event witnessed by millions of viewers on all our other local network affiliates, CBS, ABC,and FOX. The event was the tribute to John Lewis, a Civil Rights Icon.
Very insensitive of KXAN especially considering our current events and nationwide demonstrations respecting Black lives and culture in our country...

I remember when Jim Spencer, Sally Hernandez and Robert Hadlock was hired, so I have been watching KXAN for many years. However, I do not watch this station anymore, Sydney Benter has the most horrible and annoying voice I have ever heard. She needs to go back to speech school and learn how to orate correctly.

Ie. UT university systems story of lacking diversity & favoring top 10% students was thrown out of all UT university systems Over a year ago! If you walk UT Austin, you'll see with your own eyes that the majority of students are Asian!

This supposed 'mistake' was no mistake at all. KXAN is simply following the other leftist run mainstream news outlets to propagandize fske lack of diversity, fake racism, harping on El Paso as Trump's magical responsibility, fake, fake, fake!

KXAN seems to be the channel most likely to go dark on cable subscribers. All of my shows did not record because of their greedy decisions. I've seen this happen with them on a number of providers, so it is disingenuous of them to blame AT&T. I had to watch a different station for news tonight. I think it is time to switch - the coverage was just as good if not better.
