I have had 3 bad experiences with Keller Williams in Cleveland, Tn. I understand that they have to make money, but to start bidding wars and price gouging is wrong. When you make a fair offer on a house, by offering full price, you shouldn't have to be worried that these realtors are just using you to raise higher bids. I think it is rude and unethical to not honor your willingness to offer a full price. I've been looking for a house for about 3 months now and have been beaten out of three houses I've made an offer on. I will be avoiding anything offered by Keller Williams.
I am a DIY kind of guy. I made my own street signs, put up my own flag markers. I came very close to selling the property several times but it always fell through. Chip saw my ad on Facebook Market place and reached out to me saying he would love to help me sell the land.
I finally took him up on the help. The land was listed for 8 days and had a offer that was finalized at 9:30 PM. We closed in 20 days and it was so smooth. We signed all the contracts on-line via a secured server.
