I do not know what arrangements you are talking about, because we bought new plane tickets at our expense and individually organized our airport transfers without the help of the agency. Thank you for specifying exactly which arrangements you are talking about
Regarding the guide, I am surprised by your answer because there are 5 of us who answered the satisfaction questionnaires (indicating that the guide did not meet our expectations), i.e. around 30% of travelers assuming a usual return rate of 50%. Thank you for publicly sharing your return statistics.
Finally, the brochure indicates a "local guide who speaks French": she was neither a guide nor a local person and indicated that she lived in Arcachon!

Very bad experience Castles and Tours in Scotland. Pitiful hotels (yet indicated 3 and 4 stars on the brochure and given as an example by the agency) Very dilapidated far from cities (except 2) sometimes even in industrial areas (especially the 1st 2 nights) and reservations for tourist coaches ( 3 cases) Dinner imposed in the evening: the last no choice: a chopped steak in 2 slices of bread (not even a hamburger!). Lunch at noon according to the catalog but in fact obliged to have lunch in the coffee shop of the castle you are visiting. So no freedom (according to kuoni had on the phone this free day would mean unpaid!) And the top still according to the brochure we had to have a local guide. We had a non-guide Frenchwoman who read her files aloud on the bus before each visit because she did not know Scotland and the history of its castles (theme of our stay). Out of around twenty visits, only one with a (local) guide and two with audio guides. She was also very rude to us and in public at the end of the stay. Finally, kuoni and his service provider Abbey Tour, contacted every day on numerous occasions, were unable to deal with all these problems. Now we are trying to assert our rights but Kuoni refuses to admit that the information provided by the agency and the catalog was wrong. Kuoni is no longer the high-end TO that made its reputation. We won't be going back and neither will half of the group of 35!

Travel to kenya tanzania with kuoni departure flight kenya airways cancel no kuoni manager, we called the assistance but nobody to help us to solve the problem we had to find alone another Emirates flight to go through Dubai to Nairobi, lost a day of our circuit in kenya (lake nakuru and naivasha) from January 21, 2020. I specify that it was the trip Kilimanjaro by kuoni from 20 01 2020 to 1 02 2020.
Also luggage received 5 days after arrival and a suitcase received 3 days before departure for a 13-day trip. I hope kuoni will take these inconveniences into account and compensate for this damage.
