Izzy was great to work with. Finance guy was great too. It was nice working with people who understand what you are looking for, what you don't want or need and do not push with high pressure sales tactics. Pleasurable experience. Kuni BMW will be at the top of my list for my next BMW purchase as well. I should also give a shout out to Kuni Collision. My former 328i is sitting there being totaled out from a theft. Those people were great to work with as well.

I received excellent service at KUNI BMW. Starting when I spoke to Caleb about new tires for my BMW. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! He help me immensely, to navigate the different types of tires. And he went the extra mile, when I had questions about needed car repairs. Allen was my technician. He had a wonderful sense of humor and answered all my questions, with warmth and kindness! The whole experience was great! I had wrongly assumed that I would be subject to over sale and needless repairs, which I had experienced in the pass with other Dealerships! From now on, KUNI BMW IS MY GO TO, FOR ALL MY BMW NEEDS!

The sales person Willem Sebastian was ideal. Made the experience perfect. If I were to purchase again (which I plan to in the future) would want to work with him. Also appreciated the Romanian finance person who did a great job taking the time in finding me a better rate and making the transaction smooth and efficient. Enjoyed talking with him about my travels to his native country of Romania. These two individuals together made for a pleasant experience that I wasnt expecting. I would refer friends and family to them after my experience. They are assets to your brand.
We visited the dealership this summer to learn about the different models. I reached out to the Sales person that helped up this summer to learn he was out for a few weeks. I was scheduled to connect w/Sales person Jay Meeuwsen. Upon arriving, Jay seemed short & not too interested in working with me. (I was alone without my husband) I am new to BMW and had lots of questions. I drove from SW WA to the dealership and was not familiar with area...at all. Jay gave me keys for a test drive but wasn't able to go with me (COVID). I did the drive alone...came back and he was no where to be found. I was very uncomfortable, in a place I didn't know...having to test drive alone and to come back with no one there. Was not happy and looked for anyone to drop the key off and LEAVE. Luckily, the first person I encountered was Sebastiaan Ney, who could see I was visibly irked. He diffused the situation by asking me what questions did I have, what I was looking for then matching up my needs with a few cars. I did have to continue to test drive alone....which is not a good scenario at all....but in the end, I happily found a X3 and it was completely due to Sebastiaan. He turned an negative experience around quickly. Am a tad nervous about having to return to the dealership for maintenance and accessory installation but am going to believe it will be a positive experience vs. the other. Kudos to W.Sebastiaan Ney, who owns several BMW's, has vast knowledge about the products and most importantly...has an authentic, genuine desire to help, educate and represent KUNI & BMW.
Cory always takes good care of me. The lounge is comfortable and clean and the coffee machine is a treat. Service was quick and the tech provided an informative video Mitch in sales is the best! I asked him about possibly purchasing my leased car or moving forward on a new lease. I was provided printouts on both possibilities.
