We can't speak highly enough of the Krystal Klean staff. They are extraordinarily responsive, customer service-oriented, and thorough at the tasks they take on for us. We've had them perform various jobs, and we have never been disappointed. They've saved us hour of work and for very reasonable prices.
We had our house pressure washed. The job was sloppy. My husband had to direct them to finish certain areas.
They killed all our plants with their bleach. They made no attempt to avoid the plants, cover them up or even ask us to cover them up.
We have had the house cleaned before, and everyone else took care of our plants. But we would have done it ourselves, if they had warned us that they would not.
I am going to have to spend another $300 to replace all my plants.

Since Krystal Klean did such a great sidewalk cleaning I asked them to paint the exterior of my house. Jason and crew did an excellent job. They paid attention to all the details and the price was reasonable. I will be asking Jason and the Krystal Klean crew back for some interior painting. Thanks much Jason! My house looks great!
I cannot say enough about Krystal Klean. They are attentive to their customers and do excellent work. Indie and Hosea did a fantastic job pressure washing our house and driveway. They moved the furniture from the porches before cleaning and returned everything when they were finished. Very nice and considerate employees with good work ethics. We will continue to use Krystal Klean to keep the outside of our house looking good!
Art spent additional time to remove the mildew from my metal roof. He made sure the customer was satisfied with the work. I appreciate his extra work. I would recommend them.
They were professional and did a great job on both of my properties pressure washing my driveway, side walks, curbs, and back porch. Very reasonably priced.. only down side is you might have to wait to get the job you want done because it seems they're always backed up.. first time took about a week and a half before they could come out.. the second time took 7 days.. but worth it
Jason and his crew just finished pressure washing my decks and washing my windows and screens. I am impressed with their professionalism, perfectionism and social skills (super nice guys). My windows are sparkling and my decks look like new. I would definitely use them again, and plan to have them pressure wash the whole house next time. Excellent company.
Hired Krystal Klean to clean my roof, house, pavers and deck at the end of the year. They didn't show up on the day they were scheduled to come out. Had to call them to reschedule. When they did get here, I asked them several times if my plants around the house would be ok. They reassured me they would. When they were here for the quote, they asked me to move my potted plants away from the house. I moved them into my covered lanai. All the sudden, I noticed they were inside spraying where my potted plants were. We asked them again if they would be ok, offered to move them and said we didn't want them to die. Again, we were reassured they would be ok. They were not. I've had these plants for 7 years and now they are all dead. I'm still waiting to see if some of my landscaping in front of my house makes it, my Iris doesn't look happy. On top of that, they ruined my deck, white washed a table that shouldn't have been touched and there are still dark spots on the roof. We had to deal with the overwhelming smell of bleach for weeks. My boyfriend and I are scent sensitive, we couldn't stand being at home. I recommend taking on these tasks yourself, I wish we had.
