I have used this website several times and each time I have used them, they have exceeded my expectations of what I have ordered. They are quick and their products are very good quality. They even have collection points in all areas and that means no extra cost to have your product shipped.

This company prides itself with the customer service they provide. Had a problem with my online project with voucher from Grabone. They attended to my issue straight away and sort it for me. hassle free, super fast delivery just a comment with their binding as i received mine with hard cover bended a bit and some cutting issues, otherwise a fantastic product for it's price.

Tried contacting them by their 0800 number and no automated service which transfers you only to cut you off. I tried to call them several times on different days and the same response. Incredibly frustrating as I had purchased their products online only to find I can't get through. Not impressed with phone service.

The software upgrade for photobooks is terrible. Cannot move photos on page how you want - now have to use rigid template. Disappointing as used to love this site and service.
Extremely poor customer service and in fact I got none. Placed two orders through GrabOne and although there is a place for contact number I received no phone call at all!! They even said no we don't. So if that's your customer service you will not be receiving anymore business from me. This was a trial run and let us down. I will also be passing my experience with GrabOne.
When you attach your photo in their website, there is no review as to what photo you have attached. And the grabone voucher they had allow for two prints, i thought i have two different photos selected, but they sent you two exactly same canvas. What a joke! Do not buy their grabone voucher! They are cheating!
