I went to this place and saw employee discrimination from a supervisor Lessley she took two employees one was white and the other hispanic to lunch and the two black ladies she did not offer. but as they walked by me they were discussing that she was writing up one of the black ladies with the two employee's if this is not discrimination then tell me what. Some things should not be done or discussed with other employees. also I asked the hispanic lady some questions and she did not know anything about anything and her and the billing clerk i found out clocks each out. and leave for the day when they get ready. Better management and workplace fairness should be done as equal oppoertunity. This is poor manangement from the operations supervisor.

I've gone here for years and been treated with nothing but respect and courtesy. Not sure what these other posts are talking about getting calls back etc. but perhaps it's because they haven't ever actually been treated here. Everyone I know that I've referred here has had a great experience and ends up returning. Don't listen to the "rating crabs" that put one star because they didn't receive a call back, listen to people who've gone here for years. Good people, good staff and good work going on here period.

I only went here twice & I will never go back again!!! She tried to force me to go on medication when I wasn t comfortable with doing that. She also judged me & gave her opinion on certain topics that were not necessary. The session was only 45 minutes but I just wanted to get up & leave because it was that bad.

I have been contacting a specific individual and NO return call! I have called this person several times AND left Voicemails and still no call back. Call the main number all you get is a recording. Looking into other places,do not recommend this place at all. The do not have the courtesy of calling back.!!!

Waste of time trying to seek help here. I was referred by another counseling professional, who specifically recommend two Krist Samaritan counselors for my particular weirdnesses. In order to spare both Krist Samaritan and myself from wasting time, I sent an email (I have some powerful telephone-related phobias, BTW), stating that I wanted to know whether either of the two recommended counselors were accepting new patients and, if so, could I use my BCBS Health Select coverage. I was delighted when I received a reply shortly thereafter, instructing me to call to schedule an appointment. I called (not an easy task for me) and, although the woman who answered was very personable and tried to assist, the end result was that NEITHER of the recommended counselors is accepting new patients (a question that I had specifically asked in my email). In addition, she regretted to inform me that they have NO counselors currently accepting new patients who are BCBS Health Select eligible. Thanks for nothing, Krist Samaritan! You ve managed to simply increase my anxieties and send me back in search of someone who might actually help me.

Very poor patient access to services. I called starting, on a Thursday, and then again on Friday to make an appointment for testing., By the following Tuesday afternoon I had not been contacted by either phone or e-mail. Their receptionist says well it will take a few days- but could not tell me what that means in calendar day terms. Nothing is more irritating than to not be acknowledged- really how long does it take to return a call or reply by email. I finally gave up on Tuesday and contacted another provider who was far more accessible.
