Very poor patient access to services. I called starting, on a Thursday, and then again on Friday to make an appointment for testing., By the following Tuesday afternoon I had not been contacted by either phone or e-mail. Their receptionist says well it will take a few days- but could not tell me what that means in calendar day terms. Nothing is more irritating than to not be acknowledged- really how long does it take to return a call or reply by email. I finally gave up on Tuesday and contacted another provider who was far more accessible.
