Big

It's not all it's cracked up to be.
It's just TOO big, you get lost, you get tired from walking so much especially when carrying bags. The food and drinks are so expensive. They don't even have an FYE!
If I want to go shopping I want it to be enjoyable. I would rather go to a smaller mall, some place where I won't waste time looking at a map and can still find all the stores to complete my purchases.

This mall is ridiculously huge! If you can't find what you want here it probably doesn't exist. Seriously. Typical mall food courts (yes, courts, there are more than 1). A million jewelry stores. Even more clothing stores. All the major department stores. Even a 5 Below!
The whole area is geared towards shopping. There are stores everywhere for everything. Its a great place to spend the day. Not an afternoon. Not an evening. Easily spend the whole day. You could probably spend 2 days and still not see everything.

I'm not a huge fan of malls but this insane mall pulls crowds from all over the area for a reason. It's consistently competing for largest mall in the country and they have fantastic decorations and many interesting shops to round out the many generic clothes stores. I usually make the trip here one a year on Christmas just to experience. I don't like what they've done to the food courts though.

I used to work at Sephora KOP so for me it's really not too much of a hassle getting to this mall or navigating around it, although that's usually what I hear keeps alot of locals from going. The parking lot can definitely be a bit difficult and overwhelming to navigate if you're unfamiliar and can be insanely busy and time consuming around the holidays but this mall is still the best for a one stop shop and as far as local malls go. Everything you could need is here. Its clean, up to date and has your typical mall stores on one side (the plaza) as well as high end designer boutiques and department stores toward the other end (the court). Definitely worth a visit in my opinion! And if you love makeup, be sure to find their huge new Sephora while you're at it, its beautiful. :)

Best overall mall I've been to. Tons of shops, great mall just to walk around, crazy amount of diverse people just walking around (I wouldn't be surprised if many people bring their family from out of state, etc, here)

If you haven't been here, I strongly advise to visit especially if you have a lot of time. The mall is also adding more departments, wings, floors as well.

I had dinner at the mall & left my New York and Company bag behind. After checking in with the mall security I was happy to learn that my package was found & returned safely. Lakesha Coleman and Joe Flint
were very professional and helpful. Thanks!

Nice place. Biggest and one of oldest shopping mall in America. Its 28lak sqft area. Open to wonder world to customers. Good ambience. Biggest open parking center. Almost all top brands are available. Its ideal to spend 1 day with family. Discounts are available for selected shops.

First time here. Many stores to choose from. They have higher end stores like Gucci and Louis Vuitton including your typical stores like Eddie Bauer, Finish Line, Macy's, etc. Its kind of a maze to walk through for your first time. Don't plan to be here for a short time if its your first visit.

its a nice mall if u have the time to walk all the way thru it. the same stores that are in my local mall in my hometown the same shops at KoP mall seem to be more expensive. its beautiful inside though and better selection.

Great shopping! My fav store - ECCO shoes in the new section of the mall. They have the widest selection of men's and women's shoes and pocketbooks and all kinds of accessories. Well worth the trip to the mall! I shopped in that store all the time!

Love this mall everytime I go. This time it was a surprise for my 35th birthday, and also the 10th year anniversary since we'd last been. Stores are all amazing but the sales associates make the place even better. Nice areas to eat and rest your feet. They have every store you can think of on the High End and economical end. We shopped at Lord and Taylor's, had a beautiful experience in Tiffany's, a great time in the Ugg store. I even had my manicure freshened up at the nail salon. Overall lovely time.

This place got everything you want... wide variety of stores. You can sign up for a Tesla test drive but remember there's nothing under the hood to tweak, that ruined it for me lol. Lots of great restaurants.

Very nice mall, lots of stores to pick from, as well as food choices ranging from sit-down dining to fast food. Cheesecake factory is never a bad choice, and Chris the bartender is pretty awesome.

A lot of stores! You can get lost there. Food court is okay, a little pricy if you ask me unless you go to a restaurant. Has a play area but be prepared for it being over crowded during holidays.

After a long and arduous day of shopping my family and I were looking for a relaxing way to wind down. Luckily the King of Prussia mall has thought about shoppers in this situation and has installed many large and decadent communal bathtubs for its patrons to cool down in. To our delight, these cool tubs were completely empty, so my family was free to bask in the refreshing water without the annoyance of other guests splashing us. They were even stocked with copious amounts of free coins at the bottom of each tub, a very nice and thoughtful touch. After about 4 hours of wet and wild fun, we were asked to leave by mall security, but I believe that was because of the malls strict "no nudity" policy that my husband was in violation of. I have actually cancelled my membership at my local YMCA and decided to do all my swimming here at the mall, mostly because it is much less crowded and usually smells of warm auntie annes pretzels. All in all, as long as you obey the (questionable) nudity policy this is a great place to take the family for a day of shopping and aquatic fun.

The best of the top notch stores can be found here. found 20-40 minute average wait to be seated in restaurants on a Sat afternoon in Feb. Mall directory helpful. Wide selection of mdse in stores. Customer service was lacking in every store I went to. Not greeted nor acknowledged nor offered assistance at any time unless paying. Also most sales associates everywhere seemed way underdressed. This is one of those malls you want to dress up a little more for. Parking was easy and free. You get that vacation feel while there. A great day in all!

This mall is actually the second largest mall in the USA. This mall is also very clean and has many stores like clothing stores, shoe stores, restaurants, electronics stores, video game stores, and more. It also has a large food court. Don t worry about parking because they have a huge parking lot.

Great place to window shop and people watch. Lots of food choices and shopping. Just when you think your done, there's another corner to explore. Stores did seem to be culturally grouped together.
