Good place for shopping, the food court is crowded always

Wonderful shopping experience. Love the variety of stores. Something for every budget.

The mall is not covid safe. No where is really however there was so many people in the food court who were not 6 feet a part.

Super huge mall with tons of stores. There are two separate buildings that are connected with outside access. Great destination for shopping.

Personally I hate the mall. But they have great selection of stores and restaurants

Hai Street Kitchen and Sweet Greens are my go-to for celiac friendly grub. There are a few more options.

Great place to go nice clean no problem everybody's nice good to do a lot of shopping and there is a lot of sales

Biiiiig place it would a whole day to check out all the stores

They've got Shake Shack and Cinnabon!!!! If not to shop, I come to eat.

This mall has just been renovated it looks nice however I wouldn't go there for all the tea in China some of the food Selections in the food court the store is to not accept cash and you must use a credit card forget that place

This is a great mall. Love the variety of stores and food options. I usually get lost here but that is not a reflection on the mall. Just is so large.

Just about everything you can want/dream of to buy is at the King of Prussia Mall. Elegant, trendy, clean, hip & well stocked are adjectives I use to describe it. I always get very exited when its time to shopping there

The King of Prussia mall is one of the biggest malls I've ever shopped at! It has almost every store you can imagine under one roof. There is something here for everyone. The layout of the mall is pretty spread out, so wear comfortable shoes if you plan to spend the day. There is ample parking all around the mall too.

My first time there it was great. Decorated nicely for the holidays.

First time we've eaten inside a restaurant in months. It was pretty great.

Great variety of retail stores very very and outstanding clean..I WILL BE BACK...I will be recommending my FAMILY and FRIENDS

The mall is okay, nothing special about it and it can get crowded. It's sufficiently clean.

First time ever at the King Of Prussia Mall a lot going on so much to look at but very nice will be back. Had dinner with my children at the Cheesecake Factory amazing.

This "Mall" is way bigger than I was expecting for the area it is in. Very clean place with parking all around the building. If you drive an EV there is parking ontop of the southern garage. If you drive a Tesla there are high power charges in the parking at the bottom of the northern garage right in front of Primark. There are your normal food outlets inside but I highly recommend trying the off brand Asian/Oriental food.

Huge, if ya need it, they have it! But, can be a lot if traffic.

This mall is awesome! A VERY large mall with loads and loads of high end stores. Very fancy decor. The food court has good options but was very crowded. Overall, very good for window shopping and may be some actual shopping if you have deep pockets! ;)

Great place to go shopping for clothes or technology. Lots of high end stores so even though it may currently the largest US mall, most people can't afford half the stores. Even so, fun place to go if you don't mind spending money. If you're new here, good luck reading the map because I find the new touch screen kiosks very difficult.

Cheese cake factory is not a place to go if you have food allergies. The manager wouldn't address the problem properly. My friend got sick and she told them no seafood but the waitress did not tell the cook. Manger did not care.

Lots of places to work. Biggest mall on the east coast and maybe even the country, now that it's been merged together. Traffic can be a mess and mall parking can get crazy, especially near Christmas.

It is an insanely large mall with more stores than you will ever need. Good food in the mall, and around. Quite cramped on the weekends. Doesn't have the best parking, but if you are willing to walk then you can park anywhere and still access the mall.

Adventure is out there with the wonders inside this mall

If you are from out of town and in the area, you should stop by. Plenty of choices for nearly any shopping/ retail need.

Covid-19 regulations are NOT followed much. Plenty of people don t wear a mask nor do they social distance and security does nothing to stop it

This mall is huge, every store you can think of. Due to size some retailers have 2 separate locations inside the mall. A large portion of the received a massive renovation.

Giant mall, if I'm not mistaken, it's the second biggest mall in the U.S. just behind Mall of America. You can find anything and everything. If you need it, this mall has it, from Neiman Marcus down to Primark. They even have a vape shop with the latest vape gear.

My go to mall. Always well stocked and a variety of shops and restaurants! Never disappoints.

Horrible Mall that cares more about money than the well being of their workers, businesses at the establishment employees and their patrons. Close the mall and protect the people. Shameful

A large and expansive mall that has almost everything you could think of. A great place to window shop, walk around, and shop. The employees of the stores we entered were polite and good natured. Just remember where you parked and what door/level you came in at.

Largest mall I've ever seen. I will admit that I got lost.

It is a great place to shop. I was disappointed the mall did not have a lot of holiday decorations. It did have Santa and a two story reindeer it just didn't feel festive IMHO. Regardless it is a great mall for shopping anytime. The selection of stores is far superior to Mall of America and better restaurants too. You should download a map before you visit for planning where to park and visiting your favorite stores. They do have valet parking if you don't want the exercise.

A very large mall, can be confusing to find what you want. The parking can also be confusing.
But the place is nicely decorated, and includes nice children's play area. It is recommended to take a map.

I truly hate this small because it is huge oh, and you can never find anyone to help you or direct you, if you need help you have to go to the computer map that they have and they are far apart

Easily the best shopping mall in the area. People come from Philly, New Jersey, Delaware, and beyond to stroll the high-end stores here. It's supremely well maintained, the food courts (plural) have decent selections, and the new space that connects the older building with the newer one is remarkably nice (and includes a Shake Shack-- what!!?).

It's still a mall that doesn't offer a particularly new experience...just an upscaled one. Call me back when things get crazy amazing.

King of Prussia Mall is the worst mall experience I've ever had. A few signs at every entrance would have helped tremendously. We walked almost two hours trying to find strollers. Several sales people gave us directions, but to no avail. Also, it took a full 20 minutes to find a restroom. In addition, after asking several sales people for the location of the only food court, we located it after two hours of walking. A few signs placed at entrances would have helped a lot. King of Prussia is an extremely large mall to have no signs placed in strategic locations.

I've never been to a mall so huge! Getting around and knowing where I was going was a little bit of a problem, but given that it's so big, that's completely understandable. I'm definitely going back!

It's really lovely Mall, it's the 2th biggest mall the first one is Minnesota.

A great one stop shopping destination with almost everything! Free parking is definitely a perk!!

So many things to see and do, and such tempting foods from all over.

My favorite place to shop, great mall, good atmosphere, and they have every store you can think of and possibly more. Also there are tons of restaurants within the mall area and just outside the vicinity to satisfy any appetite.

What can I say, it s KOP. They ve continued to make upgrades and stay relevant throughout my lifetime and I appreciate that

It seems like a really nice mall, but I'm not a fan of malls. We visited while in the area to pick up some clothes for my daughter and a wallet from Macy's.

Been coming here since 1995. The kids like it. Accessible by public transportation as well. Safe area. Sometimes nightmarish traffic to be expected.

Best mall on the east coast, a lot of variety of stores if you want to spend a lot of money or just a lil bit but the only thing is the mall is huge and you will be tired if your not used to walking around a lot.
