Always a great place to shop! Lots of people, but makes the experience.

Nice collection of stores, both upscale and less so. This used to be two large buildings connected by a covered outdoor walkway, but they have connected them so you no longer have to go outside. The parking is sufficient. You're going to be doing a lot of walking anyway! The food court is adequate, but I really miss Ruby's...

I haven't been in so long, I almost forgot how massive it is. You can never say there's not enough variety...at all.

Stores are open again but, there has been a change. I have never seen a line to go into a gucci and out around the corner, louis vuitton security guards and real police standing by, just cause us minorities are there. Food quality is down at my favorite asian store there. The package your food to go. Mush your noodles to the bottom of the plate, dump ingredients on top that are cold and the awesome broth is watered down and poured into a container that might be closed if your lucky. If not you better have a shampooer or you vehicle is going to smell funny. It's a shame cause I love that place, and I keep on going back so I can keep them in business hoping there food will go back to the way it was. Please support the small business owners in there trying to keep our malls alive.

Large mall. Mostly clothing stores. Large food court. Varied selection of tech stores.

Cheesecake factory horrible food. Got sick from eating there.

I really miss this wonderful mall. Such a huge variety of different shops and restaurants. I'm from South Africa, I did my shopping here back in 2008.

Tons of places to shop for just about anything you can imagine and lots of places to snack or have a meal. Covered and uncovered parking.

This mall is so unbekievablyarge, but with an easy layout and great stores.

Lovely place, and an A+ to the biggest mall in the US which is right here in KOP. Nice sport bars & restaurants with the best food and service you can ever have. Do visit Paladar restaurant, & ask for Jessica ( the bomb.com service) ask for More

Huge mall, has a lot of options and a ton of food. There is a whole outdoor area that is to be built and put in soon.

Too big and you can find any brand you want. Good for a day activity.

Best mall ever you can lose 5 lbs easy! The mall is literally a small city. They also have a great Mexican Restaurant inside and the best stores. The only thing I would recommend is more bathrooms for convenience , they can be very hard to find as you walk around.

It was really hyped up to us. We got there and out of 400+ storrs, there were only 3 that we had any interest in going into.

If you can't find what you need, you have issues. Seriously, every store you would need, and if it's not here it's 5 min away.

This is a very large mall with many stores and a very nice food court.

Completely overhauled. Lots of great stores for every shopping taste and budget. Two buildings with an indoor bridge so you never have to leave the building to continue shopping. The mall also boasts an ample food court and restaurant selection for whatever you fancy.

Out of this world experience for a middle class like me! Everything's crazy expensive! Don't go here with the intention to shop! Go for the experience instead!

I had a meal at the food court at KOP mall. My issue isn't with the food but when I sat down to eat my food about 9:00 pm closing time. At least 3 mice were running around under the tables like I wasn't there. I believe the only reason the mice came out was because some food shops had shut the shutters & turned off the lights so it appeared to be a lil dark. I got up so fast with my food in my hands & just watched these mice run around like i wasn't there. I really thought KOP was a very clean mall but I thought wrong. I will not eat inside that food court anymore!!!

A nice small but a lot of walking to get some stores

Disappointed...only recognized two or three stores, everybody seemed disinterested in being there (except for the wonderful lady at the Icing store).

It was nice they have really good food there some I haven't even seen before and at first glance it looks like the biggest mall ever really cool

Please wear comfortable shoes when you embark on these premises

A large mall that, unlike most these days, has hardly any unoccupied stores. If it's something you used to be able to find in a mall, you can still find it here.

Came here for cheesecake factory. Huge mall, lots of stores.

If you like higher end, higher prices, this IS the place for you
