The international terminal is old, customs works very slowly, and luggage can be received from an hour to two. Entrances and exits are not wheelchair accessible. Parking is really expensive. There is a trick when using a car wash, parking is free, for 400 rubles at least something. The VIP zone has become just a waiting room with sofas. A separate bus does not provide.

The airport is normal, the problem is probably with Aeroflot. I checked in and printed out my boarding pass ahead of time and it said the boarding time and not a word about baggage or the end of check-in. When I arrived for boarding, it turned out that the luggage had already been taken away and I did not have time to check my luggage. In the end, I had to buy a new ticket for another flight of another airline to another airport.

There is not enough board in the opposite direction and hours, time !!!

In short, what to explain to them, this disrespect for people can only be with the barbarians.

Brand new airport. A beautiful building, everything shines inside from the novelty and cleanliness. A piano shakes in memory of Dmitry Hvorostovsky, a satellite under the ceiling. The only minus is the large distance from the city - about 40 km and, accordingly, even Yandex taxi costs from 800 rubles.

The airport itself is small, about 40 km away. from the city. It is very convenient to get there by taxi; in August 2020, the cost of a taxi from the railway station to the airport was 600 rubles. The airport has shops and cafes where you can pass the time while waiting for your flight.

Everything is super, there are a lot of places, excellent souvenirs, as well as delicacies, but not cheap, three cafes, and a coffee shop, a strict search for departure, not like in Pulkovo !!!

I would replace a transport contractor, for a public catering, for example, McDonalds, they would sell tickets without queues, and at the same time meals.

They built an excellent modern airport for the Universiade, took care of people with disabilities, there are ramps, elevators, and special toilets. Teletraps finally appeared, True, some low-cost airlines do not use them, apparently there is no money to pay for them.

Awful, there is no explanatory information on how to get to which zone P1, P2, P3, for those who meet and see off to intercity buses, if you accidentally drove into zone P2, then exit for only 200 rubles !!! While they were paying almost for the bus they weren't late. Everything is "done for convenience".

Was at the airport on the night of 26 to 27 May 2019. We had a change of 9 hours. Traveled with children and a bunch of suitcases. In a cafe on the first floor of the meatballs and pizza, the meatballs were disgusting, tough and not fresh. Prices will not say that much bite. For the tea very much.
I will also say that the toilets are clean, the building itself is new, clean. Cool, super. In Novosibirsk, the same situation was, in the end, I learned that without flying there they slept and the workers themselves ..... So please do something with it that flies at night, with children there is no place to go there is a room but in fact it is not.

I downgrade my mark by a point because of free parking. Very uncomfortable, far away and in a terrible state, besides, it is packed. You can safely navigate it only on the UAZ. There are a lot of paid ones around, finding directly near the airport for more than 15 minutes for free costs 1000 rubles, not cheap.

This airport is not my first or even second choice for landing in Russia. Far from it. I only ended up here because this crapy flight company unloaded us from airplane and will board us again in 30 minutes. Never fly flying-horse/falling-guy aircompany in Russia if you can avoid it. <= and that my friends is really useful piece of advice!

Consider that most of the passengers have already registered themselves.
What kind of Universiade are you - gentlemen of the leaders of Krasnoyarsk International Airport ?! If your staff works this way!
