Love this tools and the team that works to make this happen. Thank you Mr Adam for all your help.

This company fraudulently used my UPS account to ship their own merchandise.

I ordered several items and the order came incomplete and also when I tried to send back one of the items back, shipping cost was the same amount as when I bought it. Asked them for a shipping label and they refused to send me one. I would not recommend this place. The lady I spoke to was rude so I decided to cancel my second order.

False advertising by company as tools made in the USA. Only some of them are, the rest are made in China despite advertised as proudly made in USA

It s a good place, knew the founder who worked in the concrete tool business for years before starting this company about 40 years ago. Sadly, he is gone, but quality tools are still available.

excellent customer service and awesome selection of tools for just about any job site. i spoke with Donna and she answered all my questions promptly and was a huge help (:
