Reception guy was so rude. I didn't even complete my query he disconnected the call.

Been here for a reception. Hall and dining area is decent...

Well maintained. Very good dum biryani and must try pot biryani.

We went for a dinner at the hotel. There is sufficient parking space. Once u enter the reception area, a mild perfume welcomes you.. on the 5th floor the hotel is there with Bar and restaurant on your right and buffet/ a la carte on the left. We had a-la-carte. Food quality is decent enough Service is slow as their main concentration is towards bar. Serving is also good. Overall happy and will visit again.

Key card issues. Person is knocking the rooms and checking the rooms in midnight....to check free or not.. to accommodate another guest... repeated issues. Idiots....

Very poor Service, they said complementary breakfast but only have idlis, no other item, requested for at least juice, but no response, requested for a mineral water bottle but took 45min, not at all worth the money I paid. Only the rooms were good but bad service by restaurant team. Reception courteous and that is why at least 2stars

We had been here for a team lunch. It was spacious and ambience was good enough. Good place to have a group lunch. The food was also good enough. It is just some distance away from the highway.

The hotel stay seems to be comfortable enough. Overall a decent place to visit for food and accommodation.

Good hotel. Delay in serving food. Need to have patience.

I had been to their swimming pool and I must say that it was a bad bad experience. Water wasn't clean, pool is small with lot of people in it. Not recommended during weekends. They take 100 bucks for an hour. Do carry your swimsuit.

Nice place to hang out with friends. Its located on tirupathi highway which is exactlgbthe entrance for the bangalore city from kolar end. Serves both food and alcohol.

Had been to Elixer restaurant in K R Inn recently. Good ambience and very good food. They really have a very good chef. Service lacked luster. Overall, a good place to hangout with friends and family. Food options are mostly restricted to Indian and Chinese.

It has become good to poor service now. Staff seems to be few in number. They take sufficiently long time to serve.

On outskirts of city, good for self organised parties

Great hotel. With excellent location . Staff very courteous and helpful. Also Good value for money and good food.
Waitress was friendly and top class service. Delicious food, All in all 5 stars. I would Visit here again.
