Slightly bleak terrace but in a beautiful location.
We ordered lunch on the terrace, bread with tuna salad. This one was very sparse but tasty. (We did get both stomach cramps a little later. Coincidence?)
The staff make little effort to elevate the atmosphere and do their job dutifully.
The restaurant inside looks nice but I suspect that it is mainly used by the hotel guests.

Beautifully situated hotel in the woods near Helvoirt. Very peaceful environment. With the window open in the room you can only hear the birds chirping!
Spacious option for single rooms. Furnishing of the rooms is somewhat outdated, but that more than makes up for the tasteful design of the public areas. Tasty food, with attention to taste and not to "cram as much as possible on a bulging plate". Super! And also a friendly service. Except in the breakfast room on Sunday morning, the staff could have stayed in bed better ....
They pay particular attention to sustainability and, among other things, radiate that by filling the planters outside on the terrace with all kinds of wonderfully scented herbs.

Food and location are good. beds very bad so soft you are just about on the floor, are renovating so from 8.00 noise ...

I have been there for 5 days to follow a training and it must be said: These people deserve a big compliment! Extremely friendly staff, very clean rooms and toilets, no request is too much for them. Highly recommended for following / giving training.

Neat, soberly decorated room. Hotel is in a beautiful wooded area, in the morning when you wake up the birds will treat you to a concert

Charmingly situated in the forest. Restaurant and breakfast room stylishly decorated. Not all rooms are up to date. We slept in a room without a shower screen. Modernization is desirable.

A nice hotel in a very nice location, delicious food with nice staff, nothing to complain about. But the rooms could be much better DEFINITELY THE BEDS have never had such bad beds. A lot of noise from the bathroom upstairs.

At first I did not receive the room offer that I had booked on booking.com, then I did not even get the chance to eat something on the terrace and that as a house guest. Last but not least, I was lucky to get back to the hotel after a night out. There was no central key for the entrance area and there was no porter either. The night bell was cobwebbed and either defective or not connected at all. Fortunately, someone from security happened to pass the entrance area and let me in. Even with a good breakfast you couldn't relax, because if you got up to e.g. To catch up on coffee again, someone was always trying to clear the table. At least I got a small refund for the incomplete and incorrect room.

Beautiful environment. Buildings are unfortunately very old-fashioned and not up-to-date. Part of the premises is occupied by seasonal workers what the atmosphere does not increase.

The hotel is fancy, but respect for the room choice. The comfort rooms are the renovated rooms, we had only one basic room - very old, old carpet - not nice. Upon request, the reception wanted to upgrade us, but it was not possible due to the occupancy. The breakfast was great. Great selection and good.

Lovely, simple hotel in the middle of the woods. Too bad you can't sit on your balcony, this is very small.

Hotel booked 2 nights due to. Efteling day. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fan in the comfort room, which you would expect because the rooms have been renovated. with 30+ degrees not well slept window and balcony door open but it did not cool, reception had no alternatives. So we had a 3-year-old son with his evening sleep, room-bound. The shower cubicle is too small and the shower curtain smelled very nasty.
Furthermore, the brasserie and breakfast are beautifully modern and food tasted good.

Opt for bigger room. Rooms small. Bathroom smells. Food good, alright overnight stay.

Absolutely not recommended ..... ordered a hot chocolate .... after we had to wait fifteen minutes for someone to come .... while there were few other guests. The chocolate milk .... a warm milk with a chocolate ball that you had to dissolve.

The bulb caused the milk to cool immediately ... there was no longer any question of hot chocolate.

This indicated to the operating employee who shrugged shoulders

Didn't have a nice stay. Room very very warm, not really suitable for people to sleep in. Now we can understand that this is partly force majeure, but nothing was done with our complaint. In the hottest measured week in the Netherlands, the bed was made with a winter duvet and the rooms were not aired. All in all very unpleasant, an allowance would certainly have been appropriate here.

Operation at the bar should be more customer-oriented. Ventilation of the rooms could also be better

The renovations are really great for example the terrace if you bring your dog you get a basket for your dog and a sandbox for small children to play in really super good

An outdated hotel that looks like a youth hostel. The only thing of this time is the price per night. The rooms only have glass with the result that it is not hot to heat. It is warmer in the corridor. The TV is especially for people with very good eyes. Is especially very small. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It is an old hotel, but I lovee itttt !!! I stayed at regular twin room, and it was sparkling clean. The guy receptionist is veryyy veryyy nice helpful and friendly.... I love my stay

I spent a night here with colleagues. It is quiet, there is a lot of space and nature is beautiful. Inside the restaurant has recently received a makeover. The evening meal was well taken care of and the lunch was delicious too.
