I had the garantie locatif with them and the process to get it back took very long even if there were no problem from the side of the landlady. Every time I wrote them an email it took them a week to answer. I had to call them to have them look at my dossier and confirm that it was okay to give me back the money. All in all, not a good experience.

Awful company with unfair terms and conditions that rip-off the customer. Korfine's actions should be more widely brought to the attention of the Financial Services Ombudsman. Unfortunately there is no minus 5 rating for their "services"
