Konocti Vista Resort & Marina Review

Just a run-of-the-mill casino. You either like it or you don't. You could take it or leave it. Nothing special

My advice, Go somewhere else. The other RV parks are way cheaper and nicer.

I would never give this place any stars. They made us leave because i got attacked by a dog running free and yelled at its owner. People put your dogs on a leash and you will not have to worry about them attacking other people.

On top of that the showers are slippery and always have water on the ground outside the shower. The bathroom never has toilet paper, or paper towels. The hotel manager tried to charge my credit card (that i didn't give her), i don't know how she got the number. Employees sit behind the casino talking about half breeds and are prejudice. I have a lot more complaints from my last stay but ill stop here....

Small casino.. inexperienced bar staff. If your ordering a shot, don't expect a 1/2 shot. Highly over rated

Great place to let your hair down. Staff is just wonderful and the regulars are down to earth. Lots of great perks!

Small and dingy. None of the machines paid out. Looks like they are remodeling.

Over all good rooms nice staff good casino good slots but my brother got food poisoning for a night never any chicken from resterraunt especially kids chicken basket

The casino is a joke. The games are old and outdated. They have little to no ashtrays, and the payouts on the games are a joke.
I would never go back and waste my money at this facility again

I always have fun at Konocti Vista.Its a great place with all the more modern machines.Everyone I know has fun there and the food is excellent.

Experience was great! But when calling on the phone, customer service was horrible. Management please take notice.

First time there, not the easiest to find in the dark, but had a nice time once we got there.

Clean rooms. Friendly hosts. Could use a few more channels on the T.V.

Well there no drinks available at this time but there are great machines here and the staff including security are very professional and kind.

Waiting for a table was ridiculous. But once we sat down the service was good

Great place to stay for a fisherman. Nice safe marina to keep your boat while you stay. 24hr surveillance in a cove protected from the wind and waves that can come up. Never had any issues with theft in spite of the rather questionable location. This isn't a 5 star resort by any means but for someone who wants to fish clearlake for a few days it's a great place to stay. The casino is OK and the restaurant is on par with any diner style place to eat.

Laid back Lake County. Lots to do, fishing, casino, hotel, RV park.

Great drinks. Not too busy. Bar tender was friendly.

Also they have on at the facility right on site there between the hotel and the casino a drive-thru smoke shop and they have very good prices there

Great location and service is impeccable. They are remodeling and it looks great so far. Would definitely recommend a visit. I go once a week at least

All sorts of denominations of play...from very low to very high. Good food Great bar.

They have made some nice improvements over the last year.

I did win finally 700 bucks. so added 2 star. but the rest is still true. I've almost never won a penny and I've Ben there many many times I've never Ben there when anyone I no has won or seen anyone wile I was there win. But if enjoy losing your money every time you visit you'll love this place. I don't like to lose every time I go to a casino. But I've only Ben there 50 to 75 times in the last 10 or 15 year. But people must win some times right? I've just never seen or new anyone who has. Went to a free concert. It was cool. And it looks like there putting all the money me and everyone I no lost to good use. On huge remodle they can get twice as many peoples money at the time. No waiting now so if your one of those people who just cant wait to lose all there money fast. This is the best choice for sure in lake county. Another plus is if your out on boat. Its the only place your going to be able to show up by boat and lose your money. Also they RV hook ups. landscaped just like Wal-Mart camp site with RV hook up. Id make it the last stop on a RV trip. So as not to cut my trip short do to losing all my money on day one. By no means am I saying people dont win there. Cuz I think it's a law that a casino has have winners. But I'm not a lawyer But based on my personal experience. And going 50 to 75 times over the last 10 to 15 years at 40 bucks a pop" and bad days too -100 or more" should have hit something. At some point. Another plus is you give at VIP desk 20 dollars and they give 30 dollars on your card. But that never helped me win. The people that work there are nice. Robinson's I hit at a lot. 1500 once and little stuff alot 100 or less alot. The one next to Robinsons won 800. Twin pine few hundred lots of times. Never no you might get lucky

It was great i was there for over a week and service was great people were friendly and felt at home with the kindness and loving feeling that staff gave us. I can't wait to go back and see how it is now after this pandemic. Hopefully the love is still there.

The casino just finished a remodel update to the hotel and they're doing a big add on to the casino nice rooms but they're kind of getting a little pricey

It's a mess up in lake county but the people are still kind and accommodating. Consider a trip to clear lake and spend some money. The proud citizens don't want the charity but they will work hard to show you a good time. They need some help and will keep their properties out of the banks and LA speculators hands with just a bit of generous help on our part. The casino is a good place to start.

This is a good little casino. Friendly staff with a decent number of machines. The only reason the rating is low is that these machines are some of the lowest payouts I've seen. There's something terribly wrong when Keno dishes out 36 losses in a row. I don't care what the bet. I am an advocate for less big wins and more $1 - 200 dollar winners. I'm just sick of losing time and time again.
