Nice little casino with good food and i even won afew bucks =)

CASINO Run down.. Too much smoke.New permanent one coming soon.Food Average..Senior Discount Nice. Hotel..Clean..Quiet..and very very reasonable.

The new casino is not an improvement over the original. The restaurant is a big letdown. The menu is very limited. The whole interior is boring. What a disappoint. I have no plans on returning.

There restraint is bad, bad food bad service never again.

Remodele is amazing! Omg the rooms are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable. Beautiful bedding. The floors are gorgeous. Flat screen TV mounted on wall. I love this place!

Lost all their money and the staff were rude to them (riders)

nice clean rooms, friendly staff, but way overpriced. our key cards never worked, had to get let into our rooms multiple times. heater never really worked either.

Casino gaming for 18+, the only downfall is the entire casino allows smoking. Keep in mind if you can't handle being around smoke.

Abysmal lodging, absolutely the worst. ZERO, and i mean ZERO noise isolation. Clueless, feckless staff.

The restaurant food was ok, service was great! My problem is the people that were in the room next to us and the manger of the hotel. They were smoking in there room which came into ours. I have my five year old son that had to deal with the smell and security banging on there 4 times, between 8:30 to 10pm. The manager didn't offer to move us, I called after we left and they offer 10 percent off next visit lol. We will never stand at that very sad hotel.

Friendly staff, and the new casino is beautiful and the slots were paying. It was there 4th of July fireworks event outside. There were more ppl than usual, so I was very surprised when I won...and I won on more than one slot machine.....

The hotel has been renovated and is pretty nice for this price point. This location is great for boating and fishing experiences. The docks and ramp are great. There is expansion going forward to expand the casino. I'm hoping for a very nice dinner facility. The cafe is very good, generous portions and great prices. Service is good but the kitchen can get slow. Not a deal breaker but a nice steak house will round this place out. The bar has been sectioned off from the gaming floor and it adds a nice feel with a pool table and dance floor. All in all, not a bad way to go. You can always spend more money, but for the price: great!

It seems like it's a work in progress they're trying to get it right they just got too many quirks they need to get figured out have to touch screens don't work properly so good luck

I love the music the games plus it a nice invoirement.

Need a new updated menu asap!!! Food was not good neither was the service. New updated motel rooms though.

This room was not worth it! We paid 175 for one night. Very standard room and it was not clean. Upon entering these are the things we found...the shower with soap residue and hair was particularly gross. The beds we're made very poorly.
We went to the resteraunt that evening and we're there for over an hour waiting for food, when there were only 3 other groups of people who already had their food. It arrived cold and the server did not give us silverware or napkins and never returned from the back for us to ask for them. I had to go find them to get what we needed. R only plus is a young lady tending bar made our drinks perfectly and was quick and nice. Konocti needs to step it up.

My experience wasn't so good. Noticed a lot of not so good stuff going on in the parking lot. I decided to leave before I got out of my car.

Several times I've come in and all atms were down and the cash cage was closed. Which is frustrating after driving a half hour to come play. I just go somewhere else when this happens. When the cage is open they have great customer service. Other then that other workers don't really ask how your doing or if you need anything.

Lots of fun ! great environment, loose slots and a beautiful marina.

The guys suggested we get some lunch. Huge portions and reasonable prices presented in a simple no frills dining room. The wait staff did a good job taking care of our table of eight. They could improve by serving the meals all at once. It was a bit awkward waiting for some meals to come out while others had their food.

I do not visit kvc any more. They kick people out of there for silly,stupid reasons. They need to post there million rules that change whenever they want. Then people would know what to do and not to do.

New restaurant Valentino's is not what I expected. Bland food and a very rude Hispanic waitress. The other wait staff attended to us more than our waitress. Food was under cooked even when 'well done' was requested. May not done here again. Very disappointed

Centrally located in the Lakeport southern western area of Clear Lake with boat access full doc for small to yacht size boat full-size bar a full size Hotel and full size camping RV parking with sewer hookup electrical access as well really favorable odds on their slot machines and a few tables for cards as well. Konocti Vista Casino is a few minutes from downtown Lakeport California close to Jack In The Box Taco Bell McDonald's a full-sized electronic cigarette vape shop and a gas Station Market my favorite thing about this place is you can be out on the lake anywhere on Clear Lake and pull right up to the Dock dock your boat for free and go gamble go eat go have some fun and hop on your boat and and get right back on the water within 2 minutes from the casino you just walk right out there beautiful f****** place really nice people the staff is really friendly knowledgeable and really eager to try to help you in and seem to have a genuine care for everybody having a good time in and possibly making the money

We ate at the restaurant after having a boating day. That was extremely convenient. I wasn't impressed with the design or lack of in the restaurant. The colors made me feel sad. The service was not great. It wasnt very busy so for the lack of service was disappointing. Like asking another waitress to get ours or someone so we could have more water. I had chicken fried steak and it was very good. I would try them again. Maybe just a bad day?

Cozy and on the Smokey side. Plenty of special offers. Look for expansion in the future under way...

The so called"new casino" is terrible! Will not be going back there are way better options than this place. The food is terrible the bar can't mix a decent drink and the slots are junk.

Prime Rib special on Saturday nights $11.99 is amazing

This place is deprssing and you can't even see the lake. Very small.

Would have given 5 stars if the heater in the room wasn t so noisy. But nice comfortable room with all amenities. Friendly people. Great New Years party!

It's going to need some work to get it up to a higher level

YUCK! This is an old parking lot with hookups.... and many of them are broken! Pull-thru sites are too short for a motorhome, let alone a toad.
HOT! No shade and very hot pavement for dogs to walk on. 3 trees in the whole area. 'Pet Area' is black hard-packed dirt or rocks. Small casino with maybe 6 tables and 100 slots. Don't waste your time.

It's a pretty big Casino- the staff is always friendly and helpful- plenty of parking...watch the " dips" in the front of the lot closet to the building. The restaurant is pretty good with decent prices...lots of games...but here's what "freaks" me out the most...the dark ceiling and the bathrooms with no outside doors...ugh...I mean they curve around so no one can look in...but really? Also...there's the front of the casino that seems really closed off from the back of the casino....it to could definitely use remodeling inside and out. Another drawback for this year and it's that they're remodeling the hotel during Summer....it seems a bit odd to me to remodel during Lake County 's busiest season...but the road and sidewalks have been torn up all Summer here...so it figures...lol. I know it's just coincidence since the Konocti Casino is on a Reservation.

Need to adjust water pressure since the pandemic started 3/4 of the water pressure is gone doest get very hot makes it real hard to wash your hands not good in the crisis were going through PLEASE ADJUST YOUR WATER PRESSURE ACCORDING

I am the director of a small bass club and I had planned on hosting a tournament there 10-20 boats, after I had received my permit from fish and wildlife I called Konocti to try to set up their fisherman discount when they told me that my club as well as another that would be there the same weekend we re not welcomed due to them opening a hotel patio tiki bar that weekend. So needless to say I had to change my permit with California fish and wildlife and cancel my hotel reservation. They don t want fisherman there... well there won t be fisherman there!!!

I haven't been to the casino for awhile but I was calling to find out some information about services etc. & the receptionist who answered was very polite, professional & helpful in directing me appropriately & my inquiries were satisfied. Thank you.

Drove 13 hours to cueck in. The young man who had closed down for the night was wonderful. Without him, they wanted cash payment or nit able to check in. The person in the store refused to check our boat for a sticker to launch. Our first day, housekeeping never showed up. No towels no sheets no soap. Second day no soap, no shampoo. Called to get soap while at dinner only to come back to an ooen door to the room. We cureently have one towel for tomorrow moring. To top it off my wife asked about an airport ahuttle for an upcoming stay in two weeks, they laughed at her!

The campground is a paved parking lot with hookups. The spaces will barely hold a 40' RV, so you have to use two spaces to have room for your tow car or truck. Luckily it is not crowded, so you can do that. They know the other choices in the area won't hold larger RVs, so they can charge more. Most campers come with fishing boats, but we come because it is close to family.

My wife enjoyed the atmosphere not too much smoke a quaint little Casino.

My honey and I go quite often. I enjoy the games and the food there..

Didn't really like it. Not very many game to choose from.

Nice rooms but staff could be a little more personable

This place has been fixed up a bit from before ..but its still pretty small ..Sundays a free match play and i have good luck on the smaller older machines rather than the big progressive ones ...never see too many big winners ..but its a fun place to spend a 20

Wait a minute, you negative naysayers...this place was a Godsend in the middle of nowhere for me while I was driving all around this area for a place to eat breakfast and study for an up coming local job interview. I stopped there and entered the lobby and asked the security guard if there was a place to get breakfast...he said "follow me" (I wish I got his name) as he personally lead me to the restaurant. I was impressed how clean it was and the waitress (also didn't get her name) immediately said she would be right with me. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon and my usual English muffin well done. It came in no time and was presented beautifully. Was delicious. Wise up locals, you have a gold mine, class act in your neighborhood.

Clean, new casino. Kinda small with tight slots. It's decent but no cache creek.

Did not enjoy their new upgrade. Been there 2 different times around 11pm and it was freezing cold inside the building. Maybe it's to keep the drug addicts woke. There was plenty of them
