I recently tried some konjac noodles from the Japan Konjac Association and I was pleasantly surprised. The texture was unlike anything I've tried before, in a good way. It was soft and chewy, which I really liked. The noodles also had a mild flavor that worked well with the dish I made. Overall, I think konjac noodles are a great alternative to regular noodles and I would definitely recommend giving them a try!
