I recently came across the Japan Konjac Association website (konnyaku.or.jp) and I must say I'm quite impressed with their products. The quality of their konjac products is top-notch and the variety they offer is incredible. I've tried a few of their konjac noodles and they are simply delicious. The texture is just right and they have a nice, subtle flavor. I highly recommend giving their products a try!
