Komandoo Island Resort & Spa Review

I can t believe the hospitality and customer service at this resort. I booked a Jacuzzi water villa at this resort but screwed up and showed up a month in advance. Elaine was just awesome. Literally in a matter of 15 minute notice she rebooked the room for us, arranged a sea plane transfer and get this; at the same price. This is beyond awesome customer service. I was starting to worry our vacation was going down in flames but Elaine and her airport team did not let us down. They made it happen for us. Just wow! I highly recommend this resort.

Last came here 2016. We have been to other Maldives islands but is the first one we have wanted to return to. We were not disappointed the staff are wonderful and the island beautiful. I celebrated my 65th birthday here and I know when we return to the UK we will be looking to find a way to once again return.

A truly lovely island holiday at Komandoo in the Maldives. Adults only and a smaller number of guests than many islands make Komandoo the ultimate relaxation experience. Beautiful scenery, lovely warm climate and friendly staff make you feel welcome and quickly at home. Food is varied and very good as are the facilities. This especially true of the great dive centre if diving is for you. All in all a terrific experience and one that will be long remembered.

Woke up walked outside and saw manta rays glide past. Sat at breakfast watching a sea turtle swim around. Walked back to bungalow with a stingray following me along the shore... It was amazing.

Fantastic place staff can't do enough to make you feel weclome manager has a really good hands on approach to guests very good food and wonderfull atmosphere resort in high standard of upkeep and being improved all the time.

Perfect, dreamlike, not to describe anything else.
I'll be back as soon as possible.

Have dinner "10m below", unique experience.

House reef is very good.

Just a dream, the pictures are all real and looks the same

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. We found this resort online almost a year ago and have been waiting to come for so long. The trip was long to get here as we're from Vancouver but so worth it! Upon arriving we were greeted by Patrick the General Manager, he was super welcoming and gave us a quite run down of the hotel information. We were so welcomed by all the staff and the restaurant staff are just the most pleasant people ever! Our waiter Imad was always on top of things and was always so friendly to us. we stayed at the water jacuzzi villa so we were far from everything but a beautiful stay. The spa and gym facilities were awesome. Food is amazing and we could not have asked for a better experience. I already look forward to a chance to come back to this beautiful resort.

It's heaven on earth. This visit is our third time to Komandoo, and our seventh to the Maldives. Needless to say the friendly staff, lack of rug rats running about, and general relaxed atmosphere make this easily the best place for mature adults to relax in the Maldives.
