Terrible place. Unclear and unfriendly. I told to the massage therapist that in the toilet soap is finnish, just as a fact, she became very aggressive, told that this is not her problem, I said yes, it understandable, but she need to inform later the cleaner, but she slammed the door and went out. Then she came and screamed that yes, they have it there! Then she continued in the same way that time is running and I have to do things quickly. Far away from the relaxing atmosphere. So I just put my clothes on and left the place. I don't have any idea what kind of specialist she is, but poor aggressive woman...no customer, no money.
Very nice and welcoming lounge with nice and service minded staff. Was at the hairdresser to cut and strip the hair. Very skilled and good hairdresser who did his best and was very pleased with the result.
The hairdresser was very sympathetic, but unfortunately - abnormally expensive he cut and painted in a pinch, although I demanded a gradual change of tone - the ombre and I paid 80 for the service.

I booked 1 hour massage without being asked in the reception what kind of massage I wanted. The woman who gave me the treatment assumed I was getting one with special oils for 65 euro. I told her that I couldnt afford the one she tried to sell me and that I wished for the classical one hour for 43 euro. She did not like it and said the oils were bad and got frustrated. Not a good beginning for something I had been looking forward to. I felt I was waisting her time and she did not treat me respectfully. When I asked if she could do it a bit stronger she answered that it was more expensive, and this was What I got when i asked for a classical. I know a classical massage is soft but the way she acted and her fast movements was not worth the price at all! I did pay 43 euro and that is actually a lot of money. I like the place and had a much better experience with another lady the other day, but this woman should not give classical massages to any client at all.
I booked an hour long massage and told the reception exactly what I wanted. By appointment was at 12.30, I arrived on time. Upon arrival I had to wait at least 5-7 minutes for the therapist plus time to change etc first of all the Massage therapist told me I need a special massage for 93 euro, yes it s expensive I thought it was something extraordinary and longer than usual etc not only it was nothing special but she finished at 1.30 on the dot and didn t want to barge, she pretended she didn t know what time I came in etc I feel completely ripped and I wouldn t recommend this woman to anyone, as soon as she learns you are not local she doubles the price, just dodgy.
I had a great experience while having a facial. The colorist was great as well and the receptionist was able to schedule one procedure after another which was extremely convenient for me. Strongly recommend!
The manicure skewed the nails obliquely, filed them in the skin, and varnished the nails with a nail finger.
I made a manicure with gel polish and the FIRST day nail polish came off. The woman was nasty and kept pulling my hands all the way (which was sad) to the place to kindly say what she wanted from me.
Column Sports Club Gallery Center rather untidy, toilet facilities smelly and dirty floors. The wardrobe door to the gym outlet is damaged and does not hold, nor does it close normally. While waiting for the trainer at the classroom, I noticed a child (about 2-3 years old) in the gym !!!!!! Usually children are not allowed in the gym for their own safety. Where does the sports club administration and management look and think if they allow such situations.
