I was very impressed with this showroom. It is more then just a "Best Buy" type electronics store. My husband found this place and came home to tell me about it. I was skeptical as he is always wanting more "toys". However I went back with him and was pleasantly surprised that the sales guy at the front desk gave us a full tour of the place. I had no idea all that they did until I went there. We ended up setting up an appointment for the owner to come scope out our home. We are now the happy owners of a whole new Vantage lighting control system. No more running around the house to shut off the lights. I love that I can control them from my iphone when I am away from home. I have had to call service to come out one time when the lights in one of our rooms was not communicating but they got us scheduled right away. The installers were courteous, clean and on time. We plan to use them again once we finish our basement. So happy my husband came across this place.

I was glad to read reviews. When I visited the showrooms, the young showing me around was knowledgeable and helpful. The showrooms are gorgeous. Like several of the comments, I had to contact the business several times to get an appointment and several calls to get the estimate/appraisal. Rob assured me that his equipment prices couldn't be beaten. The Logitech LOGIHARMONYPRO remote that's priced at $399 with Kole Digital actual cost is $99 on Amazon. Other items cost several hundred more than other stores (Amazon)(Protech). Thank you all for your reviews. They helped a lot and showed consistency with untimely communication. I would love to keep my business local, but not at my expense.

I signed the contract for Robert Kole of Kole Digital to install my home theater on January 3rd, 2019. Robert Kole told me work will start the next week. This did not happen. Work started mid February after I asked for a refund if he wouldn't give me a start date. Then he promised to finish the job in mid February but we are in May and he is still not done. In addition I have paid him three payments totalling $32,250.00 out of $34,500.00. The final payment is due on completion as stated in the contract but Robert Kole is asking for payment even though the job is incomplete. Theater chairs are not installed, he left paint marks on the floor which he needs to clean and I have not been trained with my family on how to use the equipment. I also need clarification on the final amount owed as the amount he is requesting doesn't match the contract. In addition, I am asking for a full refund on some extra equipment which he tried to sell to me. This extra equipment is not part of the theater room. I mentioned that I might want to buy a TV from him and he went ahead and included some extra equipment with the TV. I ended up not buying the TV and I am asking for a full refund of the unnecessary equipment he tried to sell me.

Terrible customer service with representatives that made me feel like they could care less about me, my concerns, or the thousands of dollars my family has given them over the last few years. After a technician came out, Kole Digital waited approximately 2 weeks to order the necessary part to get our Wi-Fi fixed.

Our Wi-Fi has been out for approximately three weeks at this time and still counting.

We would prefer to use another company, but the system they installed is so complicated that there are not many options, and we are stuck with them.

Lastly, we are looking forward to our next phone bill/data usage, since the only means to the internet in our smart house during this economic shutdown/quarantine is via hotspot from our mobile devices.

What an amazing place. From home theater, to audio, to lighting, to smart home technology, to custom cabinetry, or custom anything for that matter. Hands down you won't be disappointed here. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and Rob's passion for what he does is shown in everything they do.

Friendly and professional! Service techs able to help during service calls. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Wow! I'm more than impressed. The showroom is fantastic. More like rooms in a beautiful home than a store. Top quality electronics and furnishings. I felt like a kid in candy store.

They'll work with you around any budget or design idea. Installation was quick and cleanly.
