Terrible customer service with representatives tha...

Terrible customer service with representatives that made me feel like they could care less about me, my concerns, or the thousands of dollars my family has given them over the last few years. After a technician came out, Kole Digital waited approximately 2 weeks to order the necessary part to get our Wi-Fi fixed.

Our Wi-Fi has been out for approximately three weeks at this time and still counting.

We would prefer to use another company, but the system they installed is so complicated that there are not many options, and we are stuck with them.

Lastly, we are looking forward to our next phone bill/data usage, since the only means to the internet in our smart house during this economic shutdown/quarantine is via hotspot from our mobile devices.
