Bad experience. The service is pathetic. I ordered 2 american burger and 1 steak. It took them more than 45 mins to bring my order, when asked they told that they burn the patty and now making other.
But to cool me down they brought icecream as complement.

A little too dark for lunch. But their nutella cake is just so amazing. (Coming from a person who is noy very much fond of desserts)
And yeah food is average.

They refused to serve us breakfast after 12(it was 12:20ish on my wife's birthday despite multiple requests. . . Customer service RIP

A good place to have food. Excellent service and cooperative staff willing to help and guide you all the way through your meal. Loved their drink "Mintuu" its a must try

Nice little place for a quick bite. Economical clean and polite staff. Serving time could use some improving. Popular with the younger age group and college crowd.

I went to celebrate a birthday after looking at reviews on facebook. However, it turned out to be different. Restaurant had a poor ambiance with dirty walls and torn sofas. At the same time restraunt and its bar was not clean at all, toilet was dirty too. Staff was humble and food was good. But at the same time there was a lot of noise of juice making machine being operated in the bar. Staff charged me extra amount for customized birthday arrangement however there was nothing special other than rose petals on table and 2 csndles. Overall a bad experience.

Food is amazing.. but if you guys are going for a brunch make sure to call them and go there on time and there service was a bit slow and there staff was apologising for there slow service.

Food was delicious especially lasagna must try... drinks could have been more better ordered tropical blast and peach colada didn't like it. Pasta alfredo, terragon chicken, chowmein and chicken gujouns and chicken cheese strips were veryy tasty for appetizer.. we did bridal shower yesterday they took 1200 rs for decoration not worth it at all, very small and congested space, poorly lit but all and all great place to have tasty food..

Went to koffie chalet for our anniversary lunch. Ordered grilled chicken , sandwich and fish. Food was very yummy except the french fries. Overall experience was quite nice. I would give 7/10 for the ambiance.

Excellent Atmosphere. Good for groups and couples. Nice and quite and food very delicious. We had a chicken marinara steak and it was very tasty . Drink we ordered were blue mountain and a tangy one both very good. Love it and would come again.

The food is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Food is so so. Have definitely tasted better. Could improve on the interiors.

Serving time for an omelette is 45 minutes post order punching time. Not recommended.

The meat had a smell to it & they dont understand the concept of temperature for cooking steaks, they as you what temperature you want & still always provide well done steaks, the steaks look good, only wish it tasted good as well.

It's Ok. Not a fan of their seating arrangement. Food is good.
