Loved it Everything Was lavishly Served. And Food Quality Was Also Excellent.

Great service, great food!
And if you have birthdays they do a complimentary decoration for you too. All you have to do is call them and place reservation a day or even 5-6 hours before your meal.

A good place to celebrate your birthdays and Anniversaries. They provide free deco.

I was a loyal customer of koffie chalet. This was my favorite place to have a beef steak but since they have shifted to sindhi muslim they have dropped their quality of food, lost the same taste and the ambience, cleanliness. Over all not worth for money at all now.... Koffie Chalet management a big dissappointment.
I have never had the worst beef steak in my life before.....

We visited the chalet for breakfast which they had discounts upon for 50% on their entire breakfast menu except tea, coffee and beverages.
We ordered sandwiches and some pancakes with maple syrup which they had with nutella as well on their menu but it was not available at the moment..
The sandwhiches were burnt from downside as we flipped those sand whiches. We were elated with the staff for waiting already and what we received were burnt sandwhiches.. we sent those back and asked them to make another one. They remade them but what was quite surprising that they didn't even ask for a complimentary dish they should have offer rather we asked them because first of all, they took a lot of our time despite no other customer was there and secondly not being sorry and commenting that the menu was already 50% discount..which is not a good argument on their side.. but then they gave us a slice of some cake...

Overall the breakfast was okay after the replacement of those burnt sandwhiches.

Great food. Ambiance needs improvement as it was too dark. Plus the sign at the entrance is a shambles if it was not for Google it can easily be missed.

Food's not bad but place is too small n congested for a buffet style brunch. It was also mismanaged. Dishes weren't complete. Dessert system was terrible. Loads of room for improvement.

I ordered their speciality Chalet Double Decker Steak. (Chicken served with Garlic Rice) - quantity was enough for people whose diet is not so good. But for me, I'm a food lover and prefer both quantity and quality; quantity was not enough.

Good thing is that their taste is excellent.

Also their is discount on midnight Deal - 33% off on entire bill which now a days you won't see anywhere.

Seating area is not that good. Food is better than other restaurants located nearby.

Avoid this eatery. Not a good place at all. The day SFA raids it they'll be done with this outlet. Food is nowhere close to a good taste. Moreover, they don't know what fresh lime actually is. Order one you'll come to know.

I went there for breakfast which was good in taste and quality was excellent... and the best part was that they have discount buying get another free... great service over all it was good...

All six of us tired and hungry after a hectic day in opd decided to go for lunch to shake it off, one of our colleague then suggested this place. Overall the ambiance was fair, the service was reasonable along with the behaviour of the staff, i would say it was pretty good.
Coming to the food their menu is quite vast and they offer a variety of stuff, We had chicken cheese goujons in appetizer which tasted bomb. I mean very very good. Then for main course i ordered an American steak with mexican rice as side, others went for crispy steak etc and olive ala cream chicken. Evey thing tasted very good. They offer a 50% Discount on every second main course for lunch.
Now the Cons of the place:
They are charging extra 5% as sevice charges for i dont know what reason, i mean you have opened the restaurant service is your responsibility.

Went for the breakfast but it was not upto the mark. Wasn't even satisfactory actually!
They were out of few items. Service was also way too slow.
Won't recommend!

Nice and cozy area with good food options and drinks

Mexican Chimichangas were a welcome change to the usual food that i have normally have had there. Koffie Chalet shouldnt be forgotten. Having the 3 Milk Cake wouldnt be a bad idea as well though the prices have increased unfortunately... The Alfredo Pasta was Simple but still a delicious dish.

Need to upgrade the interiors. The place was almost gloomy. Food options for Sunday brunch were very limited though food quality was satisfactory and tasted good. Really need to focus on making better tea!

went to their new branch at sindhi muslim, i must say, everything has improved so much; the service and the food quality. amazing food and amazingg service. really enjoyed my time there. goujons and double decker steak are a must tryy.

Their manager is a cheater, they wrapped up food in just one hour, actual brunch timings were 4 hours

Good fire hanging out but very noisy and small place to sit

At first glance, it's look like a small cafe from outside. But we were amazed how excellent this place when we went inside. From service to the scrumptious food, this place is surely making its way to one of the best restaurant in Karachi.

Had an average experience. Tried their dynamite chicken and hot chocolate and both were on average. However' ambiance was good dim light small but good environment.

Good cafe but they served us Chocolate gola ganda with alot of crush instead of chocolate indulge shake and we have to ask for diacount however on their facebook page they announce 30% discount on entire bill over all experience is not good service was too slow ....

Bad experience they kept us on wait for one hour then thr manager came and told us their coffee machine is not working we asked him to change our order he said he'll get it fixed and then our order came late and it was bad... the coffee was bad and hot chocolate was average the ambiance was not good prices were high for the quality of items they need a renovation for their outlet.

food was oka but was served very late, pancakes were hard as rubber, potatoe balls dint have salt in it and the tea was pathetic.

Very average food. Staff is very courteous and accommodating but food isn't anything extraordinary.

The blender wasn't working, so they basically had no mocktails available (Including Iced coffee). We ordered 4 fresh limes, that took around 30 minutes to be served. On asking for the bill, it took them 20 mins to bring it to us. The place was not jam packed, it was just poor service.

The quantity of the food is so less.. And tasteless food... Itne Paiso mai tu mai Bhut ho Bikar food ta.. Or service tu Bikar.. Food Phale lekar agae or na spoon te na plates... I ordered soup and French fries in stater Lekin Phale Khana agaya uske bd soup aya... Phale is restaurant ki Bt alag thi Sb acha ta sb tu Bhut 3rd class hogaya seriously Mai Bhut ho disappointed hoi ho...

It's really nice to be there. My son suggest this place and we'll enjoy it. Food was tasty . Staff was copretive and humble. Definitely will visit again.

Everytime when we visit this restaurant everything is positive in delicious and decoration as well. We will dine it again sure

Yesterday I visited this place and suddenly they closed their facilities saying we are going off due to some maintenance works, I saw families leaving their premises upset. Would not go to such places again. Would not recommend either

It s being 1 year almost since I have been visiting koffie chalet smchs branch.

I have no words to say for them every single time I visited .
They have a small menu but I have tried their every single menu thing starting from appetizer to cold beverages..most of the time every Friday lunch we have there.
Their manager ,staff,owner and every member is sweet and helpful enough in every thing.
They always offer us extra sauce as they know my choice is heavy sauces.
Even they never charge for anything extra I ask them.i always feel like I am sitting in my own restaurant
