Delivery took longer than 3 weeks due to post.nl and other issues

My Samsonite suitcase had damage to one of the wheels after 1x use, when it turned out that it could not be repaired, I immediately received a new suitcase. Super service. Of course you have a guarantee but the contact was smooth and fast. Very kindly helped by Jorn!

Nice store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Coffee is ready, if needed, the cases are brought home. Top case.

A very unfriendly and rude gentleman on the line who did not even give me the time to tell my story concerns a cancellation for a bag that they felt was out of stock. Mr. hung up because he was too busy in the store and could therefore not speak to me (also a customer). Chapeau !! Does not deserve a star.

Do not believe everything on the website.
Bought a suitcase but did not receive a suitcase strap. The exit card was not valid.
3x email sent to customer service, no response. So I prefer to buy the next cabin bag on Travelbags.nl.
