for the past few years i was anxious to understand something in this country: why the schooling is sooooo expensive that we as parents are barely could afford? no one answered... in this world the schooling either free or affordable for all, why i need to pay almost all the salary for a good schools in here???

Visited KHDA today for the first time and I was impressed by the warm hospitality I received while waiting for my appointment. When people think about a governtment office, people think of a rigid office structure with a Q ticket system and benches but this place was awesome. We were served coffee and hot towels. Excellent service throughout. Well done KHDA !!!

Dubai challenges itself and always surpasses its challenges! I had to visit this agency to attest daughter's high school diploma.The place is not a government agency, it's a Five Star Hotel !! Unbelievable atmosphere and overwhelming hospitality, experience and services.

This place is nothing like any other government office. Very friendly and helpful. Went for attestation of my CBSE marksheet . They asked us to wait for 15 mins and showed us to a waiting area. They then served us drinks and cold towels. For free! Never had such an experience in a government office before. Wish I have more work there .

It oversees the private education sector in Dubai, including early childhood education centres, schools, higher education providers, and training institutes.

They are ever ready to serve people. Excellent service, and they offer refreshments and fruits, oh wow, hats off to you people.

It is the first service oriented ministry center I have been. The ambience is awesome, it doesn t even look like you are in an office. They are very welcoming and warm and friendly.

We requested a call back as we need assistance, they did call but it rang for only 2 seconds, not even giving time for someone to react and pick up the call. It did not look good nor feel right.

Pleasant surprise. Greeted at the door by a very polite gentleman, asked me to have a seat and by the time I finished the complimentary Arabic coffee, payment was received and my work was done! All without any queues or without lengthy procedures, my certificate was attested. Thank you so much.

One of the best places..facility is marvellous and staff very friendly.. you go for a simple attestation and they welcome you better than first class flight traveller.. coffee served and a staff takes the whole process on your behalf .. you just relax on a sofa in a contemporary lounge with soft music and in 2 minutes your thing is done..

Absolutely rude floor manager, I was new to the area and he started accusing me of parking in the incorrect area. Without even waiting for my explanation he threatened me with a court case for that. Totally inappropriate to deal with customers or potential customers in such manner. How can people like this be left incharge of the whole floor.

Can I ask whether the Direct English Language Institute in Dubai BurJuman is under your attendance or not? Thank you, I hope for a reply ??

A Wow service experience. I ve just visited for the first time and left with a smile. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered. Someone greeted me when the elevator doors opened on the 4th floor and took me to the lobby area that has a trendy/funky look to it, with modern seating and tables. I sat down and was offered Arabic coffee within 10 seconds, followed by a kind lady who walked over and sat with me to address my queries. I wasn t kept waiting even for a minute. What impressed me was that instead of the customer going to them, they come to you. Very refreshing. The whole end-the-end experience has been considered won the customer in focus. I left and had a free cappuccino near the exit downstairs.
Well done KHDA and the management team.. I m going to tell everyone about this experience.

I do not think that your esteemed body suddenly visits the schools, the American International School in Al-Qusais. Its name must be changed to the International School of Trade. And he is standing, of course, this is not in one semester, but in several other chapters, knowing that I paid the annual installment in full at once. Does your organization accept this while we hear and see what our rulers are doing? They do not accept such as this even for one day
