A Wow service experience. I ve just visited for the first time and left with a smile. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered. Someone greeted me when the elevator doors opened on the 4th floor and took me to the lobby area that has a trendy/funky look to it, with modern seating and tables. I sat down and was offered Arabic coffee within 10 seconds, followed by a kind lady who walked over and sat with me to address my queries. I wasn t kept waiting even for a minute. What impressed me was that instead of the customer going to them, they come to you. Very refreshing. The whole end-the-end experience has been considered won the customer in focus. I left and had a free cappuccino near the exit downstairs.
Well done KHDA and the management team.. I m going to tell everyone about this experience.
