Very unprofessional sales staff. For payment they will come so many times but after taking payment. Not deliver what they said. No one come to give the training about their services. Sales people make false promise and over committed.

Knowlarity provides a lot of varieties in telephony solutions according to needs of the business scaling from small, mid to large. The call quality and functional performance of product is commendable.
This is one of the worst company to take services from. Once you take the their basic service they start the up-selling process. For basic changes in account like changing the agents of the SR numbers, changing the SMS, Sender ID they will ask you for extra money and different charges on every point of your campaign, I would recommend taking Exotel or any other service apart from them. I have added some proof of upselling in screen shots.
I worked here as Demand Generation executive. I enjoyed working here, the co-workers were experienced yet friendly and I got to learn so much from them. Also the HRs Saibi and Kanika were really helpful and polite.

Customer Service is extremely poor... No one bothers to respond... After complaining them about their poor services also they did nothing to improve... They just sell the product once and then forget their customer... They will have every excuse in the world for not resolving the issue like m on leave, You should have followed up with us, technical issue etc

I have been using Knowlarity's Services for 5 years. It is fantastic interms of services and employees commitmet. I have never faced any issues using knowlarity'services although I have asked any support from team, they are ready to help me any time.
Not a good company in my opinion. I gave interview here, interviewer said he is looking for some other experience, and the JD sent to me was same as my experience, they called me and wasted my time.

Cheque given on 20/07/17 with the name of Knowlarity communication Pvt Ltd of amount INR 47000/- and didn't delivered service neither they are refunding lots of email is going on. Everytime they give me another day. I am not sure if they people spam giving themselves a review on google or what. So disappointing. Even there country manager is not able to getting me refund. Dont understand the system they have.

Fraud Company, pathetic work culture and environment. I was working here (Jun-15 to Dec-17)my emp id is- 10732, My name is Sandhya Chandra. I have not received my FNF yet, its been more then 2 years now, even they are not replying on my email. My incentive also pending which a good amount but they have denied to pay me that also. Please if their is someone who can help me out this. I am running financial issues also. But after sending multiple reminders then also they are not reverting me. Their is a HR(Gitika), she also lied to me every time. Fake promises only. Guys if you are thinking this company can give you your dream platform so you re thinking wrong. They make their employees fool only.

Knowlarity is a fraud company starting from Owner, CEO & Employee. Avoid this company as they will loot you without giving my IVR features. Company sales guy mispresented the product, made me pay and when the product was delivered it was not I paid for my requirements and they have a huge gap differentiation between Knowlarity & Myoperator in IVR Systems. I have sent many mails to CEO but no response from their END.

horrible service. The team just run after you to make their payment and as soon its done the service gets stuck. The same team persons are now out of office, stuck in traffic, calling the tech guy or maybe you ll listen a new reason. I Contacted them regarding the service 2 weeks before but still they couldnt setup an sms service account.

Lekin aapke pass call flow jyada hai v aapka bussiness hi call per depends hai us time yadi aap knowlarity ko choose karte hai to aapka wrong design hoga kyonki knowlarity ki service ab utni better nhi hai ye mera un logo ke liye suggestion hai jo unki new service buy kar rhe hai v me ye apne personal experience se bata rha hoo
You cant trust this company, our entire business if suffering because of them. We are chasing for support from lat 5 month but no one bothers to help.
