I am founder of astrotalk.com and we have been using Knowlarity for the last 2 years. Very happy with the service and our account manager Ranjeet who is always there on whatsapp message and call to support us. I am sure companies create a lot of processes when they grow but still give so much personal attention is commendable. Would highly recommend knowlarity over other telephony service providers.

I will take legal action against you & your company. You all have taken payment in advance from me for 1 year & 3rd class service. No any support provided by you.. I have been loosing my calls & logs not updating for last 7-10 days & you guys are playing game with me. No body is picking my phone. Don't expect now anything from me.. I never gonna provide you any business anymore. I will file a complaint against you on Monday & now you will have to compensate my my business losses.
And dear Ankita , I had asked you to provide me no of any support person & and any senior in your company whom i can dictate my problems for last 3 days. But, You have not provided till date & You had assured me that you will take care & now you have not received my calls & switched off the phone...

For this, I will would definately teach you lession for exploiting your clients after taking payment & not delivering service as per commitment.

I've been using the SR App for over 6 months now, the recent two updates have made the app much more refined and useful. Very easy to use and manoeuvre around. Knowlarity service has surely added much value to my business and given it that professional touch. Highly recommended.

Worst Customer support and service. I have never seen such an irresponsible company where even seniors does not bother to resolve any problem. There is no point in escalation also in knowlarity. Pls save your money and don't opt for their pathetic service...

Their office has very live and active environment, a productive place to work at. They have proper food, coffee service and a nice pantry. They have made their seating as that of cafe. Also, work focus steps like separate cabin for teams has been made with proper power supply connecting and LED for presentation. Sorry for writing on your feedbacks but i found it a little bit funny when i read that you provide the best cloud telephony service because you forgot to mention that you guys are also best in not following the corporate cultures, you guys never value the hard works of you supporting firms and also you forgot to mention that you never pay for the services you take from other firms.
Though we are not as huge company like you but we at Travel on Call know the values of the hard work and never make fake promises like your team at Gurugram in Haryana. Your admins(kishore tiruwa and Bharat bhatt) are very good at communication skills but fake with promises. We were giving you services for all the travels made by your executives from gurugram and rest of the country but we are yet to receive a approx due of Rs.703810 since last 1 years. We here gave yoy services for 24*7 but when it came for payment we have not received any positive revert since last 9 month.

Very apalling support! Support is only on chat and the chat assistants stop responding after few messages! It has taken me a week to get info on account reactivation and it is still pending!

I am dealing with Ranjit from Knowlarity Communications and he is very kind and supportive. My issues are resolved immediately under his supervision and services is also good.

worst customer service . Have delayed the solutions for more than 6 months

Horrible experience. Since One week our business number is not getting connected which has been taken from Knowlarity. The Customer Support from Knowlarity say there is some problem with Reliance communication and cannot say how much time it would take to resolve the problem. This is like getting our communication hold with our customers because of them. Its like 100% relying on them for communicating with our customer and something happens like this we loose customers and business. Never take a phone number for which we don't have control over it...

Its an amazing place to work. Working Ambience is fabulous.

Very unethical business practices and non-transparent pricing. They acquire customers at very competitive prices, BUT later on increase the prices without even conveying the revised rates to the customers. Once the business number is circulated,most of the times customers are forced to pay higher charges. We have finally decided to change to another service provider.

These guys are the best in the business. Great team. Great product. Highly recommended!

Horrible Services !! Knowlarity is one of the worst company to take services from. Once you take the their basic service they start the up-selling process. For basic changes in account like SPAM CALLS, changing the SMS, Sender ID they will ask you for extra money and different charges on every point of your campaign,

The team just run after you to collect their payment and as soon they receive their payments in advance, all the service get stuck.
The same team persons are now out of office, stuck in traffic, not picked call even if you make 200 calls a day, always they give new reasons. I Contacted them regarding the service to start which we took 3 months back not started till now .

The way Apoorva speaks to client Gives an impression that we are small identities and Knwloarity is so big that they can Cheat small companies like us ...we don t have hold to take any action against this..

We had a team size of 6 people when we started using Knowlarity for keeping track of our leads and using the recording to better our pitch with every subsequent client. Knowlarity has been particularly useful when we expanded our Business Development team and we needed to prepare modules for training them and modules on self-analysis and feedback which helps our team become better versions of themselves. Worst Company, useless company, They dont deserve the to run this business. They take money and do not deliver what they commit.
We have paid money 5 months before but they did not delivered the solutions. every time we call and they keep on hold. There is no correct person who can answer . They are big thief cheater company. They are playing with customers. Be ware of such looters.
