Knott's Berry Farm Review

It was just a place to rest. The bed was rather uncomfortable and the pillows hard. No decorations in the room. Nothing cozy there.
There was a lot of screeching and partying going on outside at 10:30 at night. When we called to ask that it be addressed, it was obvious there had been other calls and that security had already attempted to quiet them down. Clearly it wasn't successful and the noise continued until the pool area closed at 11. We we disappointed in our stay.

Great fun, overpriced admission and make sure and go off season and during the week.

I like just being able to walk around and look at the shops. But when I do ride a coaster Siver Bullet, Ghost Rider, and HangTime are the one I go for. You will also enjoy the food and stunt shows if your into Daredevil entertainment. Plus it a reasonable price for when your in the mood for fun.

This is a fun place and less expensive then the other ace down the road. There is a great place to dine in or take without going into the park called Mrs. Knott's Country Kitchen and chicken us oh so great.

I enjoyed this place so much even better then Disneyland!

I went there for the Knotts Scary Farm on Halloween.
It's cool and it is scary sometimes, mostly in the mazes themselves.
It wasn't too crowded at all, maximum wait per ride/maze was 45 minutes, but most of them were 5-20 minutes.
The place feels a little bit too aged for me.

Now ive been to knotts berry farm which is really good and the rides are very fun but knotts scary farm was the best thing they have there, there are people dressed up in detail making them really scary and the mazes are the best part because they were really fun to go through i didnt get scared most of the time but some of the scares were really good the best maze which is around pony express is the one i took a picture of called, "Special ops infected" you get lazer guns and they make it really seem like your a soilder trying to survive i recommend you go on that one first because we did have to wait an hour but it was definitely worth it.

Look, Knott's Berry Farm is enjoyable and has some crazy fun roller coasters! Plus Knotts Scary Farm is tons of fun! (Buy your tickets online before you go!) But the reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it's really not that kept up as an amusement park. Like I am sorry, but Disney has set my standard for an amusement park and Knott's is not Disney! But Knott's is still fun and enjoyable to go too!

Nice small little old theme park that is kid friendly. Everything is old and dated though, and unfortunately Disneyland is much better. Would be good for a quick 1 day getaway if you're looking for a cheaper alternative.

Lots of huge thrill rides! If you're not a hard core thrill seeker, there won't be much here for you. The food is as you'd expect, overpriced and not awesome but not bad. The river Rapids ride was disappointing.

I wish they had affordable meal options. It s super expensive for a family with kids to eat here.

We love Knott's! It's a fabulous amusement park with rides for the whole family. It's clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, it feels safe, and there are many & varied food options! Both the price & crowd is much more reasonable than many other parks in Southern California. There's a fabulous Free Fall Ride, coasters ranging from the old fashioned Ghost Rider to the super fast Excelorator, and all kinds of rides for the little people like small roller coasters, tons of swing rides, spin rides, and bumper cars. It's an all-around great Park that will leave enough cash in your pocket to enjoy other attractions in Southern California

Fun place to visit with the family! After 4pm it is about half off normal price! Went during the summer on a weekday and it is very manageable in terms of the crowd and the lines to the rides. Fun park and rides and special in its own way.

If you decide to go for the season pass you can always test drive the single day pass and if you like it and want to do an annual pass you can upgrade to an annual pass at the information center outside the park!

Six flags is better but i can settle with this place anytime

There is alot of fun rides and places to eat so you dont get hungry. Just watch out for crazy long lines its tiring.

In my personal opinion, I find that knotts is one of the only parks that isn't ridiculous in pricing. I just went for Knotts scary farm. I loved it! People jumped out of thick fog as you walked. The lines were full but the time went by very quick compared to Disney.

Love how easy everything and getting around at Knotts compared to Disneyland. Weekdays expect very short lines even for popular rides

Peanuts theme and snoopy show was really good, a little loud, kids rides are really good, enjoyed our day, highly recommend the 3 course chicken dinner restaurant

Great theming, Great Rides, Great Costomer Service. Just an overall amazing experience.

The coasters are fun and exciting without being too terrifying! Games are fun and easy to win and the place is well rounded family fun plus a water park and cheaper (and sometimes better) than the Mickey mouse Land a few miles away.

Knotts Berry Farm has rides for all ages. Great roller coasters, fun rides for kids and the original ghost town.

Awesome place ! It has more rides for kids than Universal Studio.

I love Knott's! The closer it is to summer the more and more crowded it is... But on most week days it's an easy wait for most rides! A season pass is only about $100 and makes it all worthwhile!

Knott's is great. They have brought in many new attractions and the park is great for kids.

Mad charming place. Restaurants are great - their fried chicken and boysenberry flavored stuff are well-known for good reason. Lots of dope rides, Camp Snoopy is great for kids, and when Halloween Haunt rolls around it's always a lot of fun.

Gold pass and a drink plan make for a year of fun at camp snoopy and soak city. Great deal and always a friendly atmosphere

It was nice over all except when we went on the spinning hates the worker let my 78 year old dad fall and he refused to help him get up a complete stranger was more worried about my dad. The food they have is disgusting and charge to much. None of the darn employees know what the hell they are doing .

Love knots Berry but they seriously need to implement more exit signs especially at night....my girls and I were walking in circles trying to leave... Please bring water and food if you don't want to spend alot on food and beverages...get here early if you want to go on the big rides..

Great rides! Affordable for a big family of 5. Clean place! Not over crowded to hinder a great time!

I am single parent who lives pay check to pay check. My daughter enlisted and finally came home on leave. We decided to go to Knotta Berry. I had to cash out a savings plan to go. I wanted to give her a great experience before she headed to the Middle East for 2 years. I changed my son in the bathroom and hung my wallet on the hook. The cleaning lady walked by and it disappeared, I called security and another patron said she had it. I had over $1700 in that wallet and Knotts did not help me one bit. I was devastated and it was the worse experience ever. All I wanted was them to review footage of her leaving or anything and they refused. I tried to give my oldest child a lasting memory instead it was horrible.

Cozy and clean. Camp Snoppy is huge and super easy to let kids go on rides if you have a baby that can't tag along. I often take my three kids by myself and the older two can go ride rides while I watch with the one year old. No long lines and inside lines like Disney. I can see them the whole time. We love it!

I had a great time going here recently I just have a problem with how the park is laid out. I felt like was in constant danger just walking around. The rides seem oddly close to those who are just walking around the park. Also the ghost rider ride felt extremely uncomfortable and very much un-enjoyable. Overall, its a nice park but I think some rides need renovation and others need better safety and to be more closed off to public.

A great place to spend some time. Love the old west area. We love investigating the antiques from years past and the parks past. The food is good and the Chicken Dinner Restaurant is not to be missed. It will bring you back again and again. Camp Snoopy is great for kids. The live entertainment and music really adds to the park s value. Take your family and build memories that will last a lifetime.

Knott's Scary farm was so crowded we only got to go through one maze. I used to love going but the crowds made it miserable.

Lions Club dinner & guests. Buena Park Hotel. Food & services were exceptional.
Buffet was very good. Salad, pasta, vegetables, chocolate Cake for dessert. Their coffee is fantastic!! Even decalf is good

I whent with my friend we spend the whole day there having fun.

classic oc park. go to disney for a nostalgia trip, come here if you actually want rides.

Good to take a family for amusement park fun. Visited during Halloween had some really good mazes to walk though

If your of a moderate stature and have a decent healthy body, you will have a fine time but if you are big then a lot of the rides will give you trouble but their is plenty to do other than the rides which passes time pretty fast.

Knott's Berry Farm is just located in the wrong place. It doesn't have room to grow. Nice place for a day out but not much on the wow factor.

My teens to toddlers love Knottsberry Farm. One day is not enough. We love that there is a ton of shade and places to sit. Not being able to bring snacks makes negotiating young kids tougher for long periods of time

A great fun filled amusement park for kids and adults. We went there for the first time a month ago with friends and 2 5 year old. The rides were amazing with not too much waiting time. The food options were also good. They parking was well organized. Or kids liked it so much that we ended up upgrading to an annual pass. We are going back next week to have fun again.

They don't enforce any of the rules regarding cutting in line. They allow singles or couples to ride alone instead of combining with others waiting in line. Saw numerous rides with many empty seats while the lines took 30 minutes plus. Bathrooms were disgusting. Friendly employees but they need to enforce the rules. The hotel is outdated and dirty. They don't have conditioner. The food at the hotel restaurant was horrible, service was slow and they push into the bar to eat. Once in the bar, the bar tender is also your server thus it takes a long time to even place an order. Careful with the so called specials, read the fine print. We had to ask for the discount from the receipt given to you during check in. They charge for every individual item and they don't explain it when ordering. Overall the rides are fun.

Great place for kids and adults, rides were amazing very interactive and great food. All-around great place.

Rides are fun, there very slow running the rides, workers seem like there looking for a new job, waited 20 min for 2 hotdogs in the fiesta village, 3 order takes 1 cook super slow, ridiculous

My boys 12 and 16 love Knotts! We purchased season passes and have visited about 10 x this year!! I highly recommend getting the season drink pass and parking pass too!! After making that initial investment it feels good to be able to take impromptu excursions to Knotts without needing to pull out my wallet at all!! When I do buy things at the park, I make sure to show my pass because pass holders get a sweet discount on purchases!! Totally Winning!!

Love Camp Snoopy! If you are going to have lunch there, I highly recommend the Chicken Fried Steak!

Err on the side of caution, that when you eat at Sutter's, they have the worst protocol. We waited for 50 minutes simply to order our food. What we found out is that they take about 20 orders, and then they PAUSE the line to order. They then distribute the food for people to come get and then they restart the line to order. If you have a large family with kids especially, this is not your best bet because you will be waiting at least for over an hour just to eat your lunch.

Their ticket deals are pretty decent. Although there parking is not very great. But on the bright side if you're meeting somebody for lunch and drinks at TGIF's or other restaurants right outside of not then you can park in an area where it's free for a couple of hours.

BUY THE FAST PASS! The fast pass is the best thing ever! I bought the fast pass and went on the top rides (Ghost Rider, Silver Bullet, Xcerlator) over 10 times each! The staff were all nice people. The food and drinks here are a little overpriced. I would definitely recommend buying the fast pass, especially if you are going in the summer (even if it is a weekday). the lines are really long (1.5 hours for the ghost rider on a Wednesday). Buy the fast pass and you will be happy. I was able to ride all rides multiple times and even in the front row at times. The Silver Bullet is definitely my favorite ride. The first time going on this ride is a little terrifying, but the next 10 times is a joy ride (that feels really good on a hot day). This place is much better than Disneyland because it's cheaper and less crowded. I love this place and I would definitely come back here next time I come to Los Angeles! :)

Very unorganized and a lot of time being wasted between the ride . Some rollercoasters would take an average of 6:20 from unloading and loading passengers. What really bothered me was one particular coaster. My kid was tall enough to ride the coaster but not without an adult. prior to it being our turn we noticed that they turned away 2 other riders a child and adult. My child is of average height and weight for his age and I'm 5'7" 165lbs. The seat belts do not accommodate 1 adult and 1 child together. So after waiting in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes we had to leave that ride. The ride was Timberline Twister.

Knotts is a great place for the family. They are cheaper than Disneyland and have more mellow rides than magic mountain. The kids seem to like it a lot more and it's always a good time

Always a good time! If you are not having fun, you need some funnel cake!!

Use to work here as a teen. Met and worked with amazing people. Going back as a guest, with my son, was a great memory maker!

This was the first time going with my 2 year old grand daughter.

Simply love it !! There's rides for kids( I took my 9 and 7 yr old girls .. had a very good time)and rides for adults. Love the bumper cars

Such a fun place! Not overwhelming, so you can actually enjoy the entire day there! The history of the park speaks for itself. The entertainment is fun for all ages. There something for everyone, not to mention the food is yummy!

World famous I'm told...check out the chicken restaurant....delicious

Soooo much fun!!! It's a mix of Disneyland and Six flags. It has games that are fun for adults and kids. Don't need to have kids to enjoy it.

OMG it was so much fun!! I haven't been here in a long time and my gosh how it has changed. Such a clean atmosphere, great food options and lots of rides and shows! We heard the staff are super nice and helpful compared to Disney, true! We meet Eric a custodian who noticed we were a bit lost and was an incredible help in making many suggestions so we have an enjoyable park experience (locations to eat, things to try, times best to visit the park). We purchased the season passes because we were so impressed by the end of the day. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Lively admosphere great staff thr ride are spectacular for kuds and adults food is very good in Ghost Town they serve BarBQue Ribs And Corn On The Cob Baked Potatoes - Chicken House Restaurant Sit Down and Enjoy its fun. They also sell hot chicken outside in a diffrent store by TGIF parking lot of Knotts Berry Farm - Great Funnel Cakes

Mrs. Knotts fried chicken is awesome. Service could be better and prices are high. Chicken noodle soup is fabulous. I was craving fried chicken and then remembered Mrs. Knotts. Her biscuits are warm and fresh. The soup is very filling. When I want fried chicken this is the place I will definitely go to, always.

I like the Knott s scary farm and all the scary mazes ( even I only tried couple of them), the downside is there are so many people waiting In lines. If you don t buy the fast lane pass on weekend, you probably are able to try 3 or 4 mazes max.

Love visiting Knott's with my husband's mom! My favorite time was probably when we went to celebrate New Years.

At one point Knotts lost my membership information because my name was wrong on their system, but thankfully it got fixed as soon as it was caught.

It's a very energetic place around this time of year. The boysenberry pie eating contest was very entertaining to watch and the rides were extremely fun. The only downside is the extremely long wait times for rides but this cant be helped.
