Would strongly recommend against buying from Knight Dragon. They're supposed to sourcing a fire safety certificate for our building but showing little interest / urgency, meaning re-mortgaging / property sales are not possible

Greenwich Peninsula is an amazing place but Knight Dragon s aftercare service is shockingly poor. Very disappointed with the aftercare during the defect liability period. It has been more than 6 months since we reported the bathroom tiles issue and it is still unresolved. Water is leaking to the wall behind the tiles and affected the unit below as well. As of today there is still no date given as to when it can be resolved. Reason given is they cannot get contractors to fix it. Can you imagine a big time developer like Knight Dragon with no contractors able to fix a defect. Meanwhile we are asked not to use the shower! Easier said than done!
Absolutely abysmal aftercare customer service. Took over 6 months (and still counting!) to fix my shower which was leaking into the apartment below. I have had a non-functional shower for many weeks now and still cannot get a confirmed date from the contractors at Knight Dragon.
