I won the auction through gun broker on January 30th, called them on the 31st to provide them with a debit card to pay for the shipping. At that time nothing else was mentioned of additional charges, so I 2 day mailed a money order to them. On Feb 4th I received a email stating that a balance was still owed (insurance). I promptly called them w/a debit card again to pay the remaining balance.

On Feb 12 still having not received a tracking number I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor advised me that the card was ran that day (really takes 8 days to run a debit card). However the firearm would be shipped ASAP and I would get a tracking number soon. I called them back on Feb 13 and no one was in the office that could assist me and was told to call back Monday.

I have purchased other firearms through Gunbroker, and this by far has been the worst experience. Not just from buying firearms but one of the worst retail experience I have ever had.

At first contact with Knesek i had a reply within minutes,second contact within minutes again. The 2 or 3 times i had to call Danielle bothering her again with my European rifle export case i got straight and professional answers and the same with Larry.
I had a long problematic case in the middle of Mr obama trying to change gunlaws etc, all turned out well in the end, and i will get my next couple of rifles thru KGI , no doubt.

Defiantly impressed with the sale staff and the ladies in the pro-shop. i have returned and bought 2 more weapons from them and they will be my go to place for any and all my weapons.
have i mentioned the beauty of the office and the gun range , yes your one stop shop. mind you no ammo on the floor to buy but they are getting ready to start carrying ammo as well . now if they get a eating truck or restaurant of some sort people would never leave..

Everybody at the shop is great about taking care of their clients and sending people away with a smile. The products they make and sell are always top quality. Max Rodriguez is extremely knowledgable and will go out of his way to get you what you want or need, and Chris Villanueva does great paint work. Top notch facility and staff!

Went here for my carry lic. Great people, great shooting range. Very friendly, and helpful. They also have a great selection with great pricing. Will definitely continue to do my business with them.

I am from Little Rock, AR visiting my ailing parents and was searching for firing ranges. I came across KGI of whose amenities and services they provide I have yet to experience, but I DEFINITELY intend to after reading the reviews. I am writing a 5 star review based on the owner's follow-up to a majority of the negative reviews from customers who felt they have a sense of entitlement or should have received priority over others. The owner acknowledged the customers' complaints, apologized, and provided them with an explanation as to why the issues occurred based on facts and the specifics on how the purchase process of the negative reviewers transpired. To echo what another 5 star reviewer had said, once KGI places an order it's out of their hands. It becomes the manufacturer, purchaser, and/or the ATF's responsibility to complete their parts in a timely manner (depending on the type of arms and/or accessories being purchased) to fullfil the remainder of the order. Kudos to you Mr. Owner!!! I will be patronizing your business very soon and hope to meet you.

This is hands down one of the best gun shops you are going to find online or in person! I have called in several times looking for random off the wall stuff, things I couldn t find anywhere else online, every single time they have exactly what I m looking for. Not only that but they have given me very awesome deals! The customer service is outstanding and these guys know exactly what they are talking about! My recommendation is whatever you are looking for call knesek guns and ask for Andrew he can find anything you want and give you a better deal than what you will find on any other website or gun shop out there, Knesek guns is the real deal!

I ordered a Knight's Armament front sight from Knesek and my experience with them was great. They answered any and all of my questions through email and shipping was extremely quick. I will be doing business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone else.

STAY AWAY! Hands down the worst company I have ever delt with. Just a FYI they make there money threw other means so having one bit of care about your item purchase is not on there list. I order a Surpresser from them to make the deadline set by the ATF. I had tons of time but do to them not checking up on there work as any good comany would I missed the cut off date. Communication is terrible with them, email and phone. Some one will take a message and you wont hear back and thats if you can get someone on the line. And email....just dont expect to get one. Now I know what you are thinking this is one bad experience and thats what I said when reading the reviews on Google and Gunbroker and I wish I had listened because now I have to try to unload the item as I do not wish to do all the extra stuff to register it. I went through a few different websites and no one was able to help me. I emailed Knesek and I got a prompt reply. We discussed what I was looking for and got a quote.

I made the purchase the next day and they placed the order with the manufacture. They did inform me that now it was just waiting for the manufacture to live up to their end as far as delivery date goes since it was a special order item.

I waited and waited which I expected, and I knew this going into the purchase. Through the whole time I dealt with Staci and we communicated back and forth through a couple of phone calls but mainly email.

My order had arrived at their store and they shipped it to me. Once I received it I took a quick look only to find out that the manufacture had shipped the wrong item. It was beyond their control but they quickly sent out a call tag for me and I shipped it back.

It may have been maybe a week and a few days later and Staci emailed me stating that the correct item arrived at the store and they will be shipping it out to me once the holidays were over with. Yesterday my stuff showed up via FedEx and it was like early Christmas. I will definately do business with them again.

I see people stating on the reviews of how they take forever to get their orders and such but you have to understand that when they place an order with the vendor it's out of their control when they get it. Patience is key, I waited quite some time for my order and it was well worth it.

Highly recommend you stay away from this company. Claimed they gave me military discount. They didn't. I ordered a rifle and 20 magazines. They sent a rifle with a different rail system from what I ordered over the phone and only half the magazines. They said to get the rifle with m-lok over the keymod would be 600-700 more than what I paid for the keymod. This was not mentioned when I ordered with Eric. He said it may be a 100 dollar difference, and that I should choose m-lok. I did. I got keymod. They tried telling me that I ordered the keymod and that it was my mistake. They proceeded to say they no longer carry p-mags and I would not get the rest of my order. Lastly, they said my order would ship out after they received the magazines within 2-3 business days. Placed order June 14th, got it July 7th....Go with a more reliable retailer. I should of listened to the reviews.

1. I ordered 20 magazines period, not 10. You conveniently 'discontinued' pmags when I asked why I only got half.

2. I placed my order over the phone. The salesman told me to choose the mlok. He did say it was $90 more than the keymod, not 500.

3. I denied returning the rifle because I figured I'd cut my loss and just walk away from an unethical company

4. You blocked me on Facebook after asking about the screw up on the order. Clearly shows your lack of integrity. I've seen it many times from many customers and I figured I'd give you the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned.

5. Customer service. Take a friggin course on it. Don't be condescending liars.

Ordered a MR556A1 upper in February 2020 and was told they had one in stock. They never did. Been 6 months and nothing show up. Stay away.

Ordered a gun and two suppressors in September of 15, still don't have them. Can't get much of an answer to the problem. I would avoid them.

Be careful, don't buy anything from this company. Bought some Ar-15 ($2994.00) Bushmaster uppers and they stole my money. They never delivered THIEVES...Gretchen Davis

Usually when we go to this gun range we have a pleasant experience, but today while trying to renew our range membership we had to deal with a rude employee. They seem annoyed that we were there and weren't very helpful. The only reason we renew today was because we like the range itself.

Ordering a Smith & Wesson M&P15 Carbine from New Zealand could have been a daunting task but Google helped me find Knesek and the rest was history (as they say!). I was looked after by the brilliant Danielle Askins who is in charge of international sales. The Department of State export permit was done quickly, the communications 'top notch' and direct shipping to my location 'flawless'. I honestly cannot recommend a company highly enough as Knesek for your next firearm purchase. Their website and forms come with clear, concise information that covers all your questions. Simply brilliant service, pricing and delivery.

BUYERS BEWARE, they are not a trusted site on Web of trust (firefox addon), when I saw this I checked BBB and saw a high number of complaints (8) but it looked like they tried to make most right, and I read a couple good reviews so thought heck will give it a shot and pay with CC so I can dispute it if they do anything shady.

Well I went through the checkout paid the price posted, got conformation email (with price posted), sent FFL info, and only then did they send me an "invoice" with $75 dollars of additional charges not listed anywhere on the item page or checkout and they also told me that this invoice was the CASH price and if I still wanted to use my CC it would be an ADDITIONAL processing fee of 4%. (this is more then a 10% increase in price as the firearm was 864 to start with)

After requesting them to honor there price or I would have to file a BBB complaint and share my story they said "we usually take such "threats" to our Lawyer" If you get so many complaints you have a lawyer and you need to pass them onto the lawyer, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING VERY WRONG!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!!!

I have pdf print out of web page with prices, order confirmation varifing amount item was sold for as well as "invoice" and email showing added fees after the fact if anyone wants to see the proof let me know I will forward it.

Positive posts are probably from owner as NO GUN OWNER I know would be ok with a company adding 75 bucks + 4% CC processing AFTER CHECKING OUT from the online store and paying via CC.

UPDATE: They have now made false accusations of slander, having their lawyer send me a threatening letter. To date they have yet to show that any statement I made is not factually accurate or based on an opinion. (glad I printed out proof before they updated there page and accused me of slander)

Worked with customer service to resolve the situation.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. After spending over $10,000 with Knesek firearms -- they cheated me on approximately $250 after the mistake of one of their employees while I was waiting to deploy to Iraq. No refund was ever offered or given.

My husband and I have purchased 2 guns from Knesek. They are wonderful and are able to answer all of our questions. We love going to the range to shoot and visit Our favorite lady, Staci! Don't think we will purchase a weapon any where else!!
