Great way to spend a day with children of all ages. The Pippi Longstocking house and show is of course the highlight for the younger kids while the older ones can test out the various rides and attractions (both land and water based) throughout the park.
Our kids of 3,5 and 6 had a great time. They could go in most of the rides and they enjoyed the Pippi show. Small park but good enough for few hours.
This place was heaven Such a wonderful property with magnificent view, decent staff, ample of open space, water park good breakfast. Small size rooms. I will just advice one thing avoid eating meals in the restaurant inside the property since our experience was not good. Food was tasteless. Instead you can eat something from the visby town, there are many good restaurants
Park employees are racist, at 13:15 CET today July 1, 2021 we were denied entry just because the way we look we are an interracial couple the ticket employee (young girl) took a good look at us and said no we don't have a space for you in the park, "it is not for you"
I hope somebody reads this and action on this since this is not mideval times we are living in, expected better from Sweden.
Very good. Parking good price and close to Visby. Staff was very customer friendly and used to handling children. We will return another time.

Worst customer service ever. We arrived two hours before the check-in time and we wanted to set up the tent because it was a thunderstorm coming (we came by bike). The spot we have booked was available but the receptionist said it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in before 12pm. We told her we didn't want access to the services, just put the stuff before it gets wet. She said NO again.
We had to waste two hours of our trip in the rain and stuck here, whilst the spot was there empty just waiting for us.
We are aware of the rules and protocols, but nowadays the most important thing about customer service is to give the best experience to the customer. If you don't have problem solving skills, then you should find a non customer facing job!!!!!!!!!
