Worst customer service ever. We arrived two hours ...

Worst customer service ever. We arrived two hours before the check-in time and we wanted to set up the tent because it was a thunderstorm coming (we came by bike). The spot we have booked was available but the receptionist said it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in before 12pm. We told her we didn't want access to the services, just put the stuff before it gets wet. She said NO again.

We had to waste two hours of our trip in the rain and stuck here, whilst the spot was there empty just waiting for us.

We are aware of the rules and protocols, but nowadays the most important thing about customer service is to give the best experience to the customer. If you don't have problem solving skills, then you should find a non customer facing job!!!!!!!!!
