One star for its ridiculous (practically non-existent) customer service

For example, how about the fact that chat customer service is only available when you log in - which is worthless if you have a problem logging in? Or in case you are on the line for 20 minutes before you get to speak to someone, and the number of people waiting before you increases instead of decreases? And that due to errors in the app you have to submit your passport every time, and 2FA by telephone is apparently not enough? I can go on like this for a while. Please hear your reaction on Twitter, where I asked the same question.
