Because It's The Place That I'm Going To Get My Work Clothes.

I have to say I always try to stay my distance from Burlington in Redford however I stop by one day last week open up the door and was blown away under New Management the store was very very organized and clean I'm very impress with the way the store looks I just hope that the people that shop their keep it organize like they have it I wanted to pause to say great job so often we complain but when someone's trying to make an effort to make it better I think we should pause and show gratitude so kudos to the Burlington on telegraph and Redford you're doing a great job keep it up!!!!!!!!

Been on a 15 minute hold with this band of idiots! Worst customer service ever. I think they're picking she's paging customers. Jeremiah the manager. No help.. Lile a dog

Service is slow, long wait in line with only 5 customers on a Wednesday evening with one register open.

Very bad Burlington. Loiterers outside the store and throughout the entire plaza. Store is a mess. Customers inside yell to each other from a distance. I felt uncomfortable here and left quickly without buying anything. Will never return. Avoid and visit Westland instead.

Terrible selection. So many mislabeled sizes and clothing with holes and rips. No customer service reps on the floor. Very friendly cashier though. Super disappointed.

Less options to choose from. Although, got what I was looking for.

1st and last time going. Store was a mess. Very nasty. Prices are higher than the Southfield store. Manager wouldn't discount damaged items. Just ultimately a hot, ghetto mess. Cashier was pleasant. Would rate 0 stars if it were an option

Only one star because zero stars wasn't an option! Customer service was deplorable. Called ahead asking for a specific item because it was and hour and a half drive to get to the store and the lady who answered the phone said the store carried the item. Drove up here and they didn't have it! Found another item and checkout took forever and they helped a person behind our party before us after they made us move lines. Also the facility was unkempt and dirty. Would never recommend this store to anyone.

Left my purse in the dressing room and minutes later when I realized what I had done I was relieved to see my purse was still there! But....140$ in cash was gone. Store didn't seem to care. While eating M&Ms the security officer said our cameras do not face fitting room at all. Refused to do anything. Trying to question him about options was difficult as he was enjoying his candy. Very unprofessional.

This place has good finds but it seems to look like a bomb went off most of the time

Never any cashiers. Ppl in line complaining. Line long af but only 2 cashier's. Other Burlington's have like 8 n 10 cashier's. I've always had to wait longer than necessary when coming to this one. #turnoff Only coming back when I have no other choice.

Holy cow, NEVER use the restroom here. The floors had what I can only describe as "human goo" and old crusted coins on the floor. Only one of the soap dispensers was functional. The entire store is empty, it looks like a post apocalyptic wasteland.

It s ridiculous how it s not enough cashiers to assist the customers. I m here right now and it s a very long line and there s only two cashiers working the register!!! This is horrible and unacceptable!!! Definitely going to contact headquarters! This is totally unacceptable!!!!

Huge store, lots of stuff, still didn't have what I was looking for though.

Store looked like a second hand store. Dirty and smelled like a thrift store. Selection was limited and prices seemed excessive considering the merchandise.

wow i spend $250 and that's only cause i stopped myself from buying more. it's very fully stocked especially if you are seeking a professional look. other locations seem to be lacking in comparison to this one.

Even though the store is nasty and dirty...they do have some great sales. I found not only one pair of shoes but three for great low prices. And the staff at the counter was awesome. Clean up and organize the store properly...you will definitely get more business

I love the actual store and prices but evertime i go to check out the lines are so long. Everytime. They need more people working there

Well I found EXACTLY what I was looking for so gotta give it 5 stars but the cashiers seem to have an attitude problem. I walked up to the counter, nobody was in line and they're were two cashiers that completely ignored me and made me feel like I was bothering them for an uncomfortable minute. Finally another cashier showed up and was nice enough to check me out. I really don't care and I can tolerate it as long as I can keep finding a good deal but cashier customer service is such a simple thing.

This place is another one of my go to places when I need something quick and in a hurry!!! I DON'T like this place much though ( cause I always find myself spending more then what I came for ) this place is just one of those kinda places that make you do that. (In a good way) I see 1 thing and then another o man the prices are very reasonable and the staff have become 1st name basis lol. Yes this is definitely one of my faves. I can. Find almost anything for anyone in the family. Name brand items for with off brand prices. Way to go Burlington

Any time I've gone in there's always 2-3 cashers but all are always incredibly slow, letting a huge line form at the regsiters. No sense of urgency or customer service whatsoever.

If there is an option for a zero star i would of selected it but i was not able to write this review without selecting one star. We have never been this humiliated before. I have opened up a credit card because Burlington in redford was offering 10 percent off the first purchase. As I came in to make my over 300$ purchase the cashier was not able to scan the bar code so she explained to the manager what is going on. This manager who seems racist and gave dirty looks even before approaching the check out area. She would not answer her employee until she called her few times. the manager KIM disrespected me and my family in front of a big line and said I had used this 10 percent when I opened my credit card which I was not even approved for at the time and the decision was still pending at the time of opening the credit card. I even told her to call customer service because I was not lying. She just made an assumption and it was verrrrrry embarrassing. I had just activated my card before entering the store. This behavior is absolutely not acceptable and she should be fired for this behavior. She is an absolute act of racism. Kim needs
to be fired !!! And never work with customer service again. I will reach your the complaint department and will continue to post these reviews so every person looking for good customer service will avoid this location. I should of read the previous reviews about thieft and disrespect before entering this store!

Cashier associate dont know what they doing plus they are rude in customer service.

The store itself from what I saw wasn't horrible, it could use some more organizing. However, the checkout was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Only one register was open, yet two employees stood at another register doing something (maybe layaway or stock)NOTHING beneficial to the customers waiting in the ridiculous long line and nothing to help out the ONE cashier working. I ended up leaving. Hopefully things will get better.

No 5 stars just for the fact that the employees can't keep up with all the clothes be pulled off the hangers and not getting them back up in time. So this store can be messy at times. This Burlington always seems to offer a good selection of clothes and shoes. Its worth a trip when looking for a deal.

You can find good deals here if you are willing to dig. The store is pretty messy and unorganized. Blouses for $5 and cute panties for $1, who can complain too much!

TIP: Do NOT use the bathroom here, they are disgusting.

Came in looking for dresses for my little girls, walked out with a stunning party dress for myself instead! Great prices, although a little disorganized overall. I always find something good here though.

I've never seen this store well organized or neat. They have good prices though.

I am not wealthy, but for me the prices at Burlington Coat Factory were almost t.o.o low. But then, i'm one customer who regularly asks to pay a little more. I figure that if the price is negotiable -- which i like -- then it can be negotiated up.

Small selection, unfriendly staff, store looks like a thrift shop
