If there is an option for a zero star i would of selected it but i was not able to write this review without selecting one star. We have never been this humiliated before. I have opened up a credit card because Burlington in redford was offering 10 percent off the first purchase. As I came in to make my over 300$ purchase the cashier was not able to scan the bar code so she explained to the manager what is going on. This manager who seems racist and gave dirty looks even before approaching the check out area. She would not answer her employee until she called her few times. the manager KIM disrespected me and my family in front of a big line and said I had used this 10 percent when I opened my credit card which I was not even approved for at the time and the decision was still pending at the time of opening the credit card. I even told her to call customer service because I was not lying. She just made an assumption and it was verrrrrry embarrassing. I had just activated my card before entering the store. This behavior is absolutely not acceptable and she should be fired for this behavior. She is an absolute act of racism. Kim needs
to be fired !!! And never work with customer service again. I will reach your the complaint department and will continue to post these reviews so every person looking for good customer service will avoid this location. I should of read the previous reviews about thieft and disrespect before entering this store!
