Klondike did a major renovation of our house in West Vancouver 2 years ago. We were very pleased with the work. After we moved in, we found a few issues that were caused by oversights of the subtrades that did the work. When we reported the issues to Klondike, they were very responsive (even after 2 years) and they tracked down the subtrades and have them rectify the issues at no cost to us. We have been very pleased with their after sale service!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They don t pay their trades leaving us out 500,000$. If they re doing that to sub trades, think about what they will do with your money. They are in tremendous debt. Beware of this company. Also accountant is rude.

Klondike did our store on East Broadway and we are very pleased. They did a great job with all the little changes we did as we went along. We finished on time and had great follow up service. Their price was good and Jag a pleasure to work with. If your doing a project always call them.
I have been in business for 20 years and have done business with klondike for almost 15 years. Clients come and go. Good ones stick around for many years and Klondike has been a good client. They have good projects with well designed scopes. They can problem solve well and have always been there threw the difficult parts of the build when things typically go wrong. Good at communication and problem solving.
