Orderly services. No more middle men. It's first come, first served. The workers look exhausted and disinterested from 8am.

The true definition of efficiency, work ethics, discipline and commitment to service delivery. Face technology is a true manifestation of what can be achieved when we stick to honest way of doing business.

Even with the large number of people to attend to, they still manage to be efficient and effective and provide timely service. However prepare to wait a while. But overall, good service.

This is a legitimate place. U don't find kadeyi deyi there. What I loved most about the place is they respect women more so when u have a child, they don't make u line up. They are up to their services but very friendly right from the gate. They ain't beauracratic at all. Women who work their don't underestimate other women which is the most case in uganda. Women look at u and underlook u or just walk away without helping u. Anyways they have their own reasons but this is a very nice place of service. Thank u Face Technologies for that and please don't lessen the services, just make it more amazing.

It'sone of the places that are more systematic and direct in processing drivers licence. Sad the contract has ended and the licensing agency is changing soon

Face technology is one of the few remaining efficient public institutions. There staff are so professional and their customer handling time is extremely low and productive.
It would take you a minimum of 30 minutes to have be attended to.

Government should borrow a leaf from these guys on productive governance and management :)
