Cheap Chinese goods with compatible customer service. I received as a gift a KLIM discman...damaged out of the box...scratched display and error code not allowing it to work. Wrote to Klim and sent pictures. I explained I did not want to embarrass the giftee by asking for a receipt...didn't move their pro team. I did receive an envelope with loads of stickers which every adult needs and is certainly business like, which includes the cartoon characters which present their team...obvious why they won't help...their mission statement is hollow and it is obvious they cater to people who cannot afford quality and will settle for cheap Chinese goods which are disposable. I am very disappointed at this transaction and would not recommend these kiddies who claim they run a business. Wait until the tariffs hit these people...I am guessing they will go out of business and their cartoon characters fade away. BTW...I gave the stickers to my neighbour's physically and mentally challenged child who appreciated them immensely. She thanks you and ask you send more through me. Shiny paper makes her smile.
