It's always a pleasure to rent the car from you.

This is the 4th turn when I rent the car at
"Klass Wagen", just like every time I stayed very pleasantly impressed about the staff and of course about the cars! I also rented from Bucharest Otopeni and from Sibiu, I want to mention that the staff was very nice with us and we were very pleased every time! Agree MAXIM of stars as note to every 10 car delivery with congratulations ! Thank you Klass Wagen for making us so beautiful holidays! Much respect and keep it so! Hats off !

The office is outside the airport and the indications are not clear for the place of transport pick-up.
Despite carrying additional insurance contracted, the trade made me lose more than 45 minutes pressing me to take out additional insurance, after repeatedly refusing I was not able to withhold the deposit on the credit card, according to them for technical problems (all It was correct by my side, checked by my bank on the way back) and finally I had to pay more than double the rental price for additional insurance, in addition to hiring a Volkswagen and they gave me a lower peugeot and not having prepared the chair baby despite having made the reservation.
In general, the only thing that interests them is to charge you additional charges for a rent that they charge "cheap" in the beginning.

I rented a car (with risk zero) for 15 days in Bucharest (Otopeni Airport) and everything was perfect.

Great customer service, very friendly, helpful and very understanding. Super fast dropoff. Even though rental is on in the airport,it is very close and they pick and drop you at the airport very fast.
When renting cars in romania, I recommend getting full insurance directly from the car rental.

Not recommanded at all. First of all they are not located in the airport and it is a waste of time - better use one of the agencies at the airport. Vehicle condition was ok but not perfect. When returned the car they pointed at two small cracks in the front shield and charged me for 580 Euro. I am driving for almost 20 years - have no idea how front shield can get cracks, seems like something that were there and they took advantage that I din't notice it at pickup. Will recommand use known international agency and not one who get it money by penalty customers.

When you're on vacation the only thing you need is a good car without losing too much time with all the procedures and no hidden costs. I have read a lot of reviews before hiring because it is very important to avoid unserious firms and after all, renting a car is quite expensive. It is the second time I rented from Klass Wagen and I am very pleased, we rent from Timisoara u WW golf and we had the opportunity to teach it in Cluj what was ideal for us. The internet application is very easy to use and you get all the necessary details on the spot, for example I checked online, but I said we still want to see if it's different at the headquarters. Knowing that the headquarters is usually near the airport we found one of the Klass Wagen representatives who was very nice and took us to their headquarters with the clients they were waiting for at the airport. What I can tell you, given that I did not have programming all the time lasted for 10 minutes and to my surprise the gentleman showed us that they are using the same application that I could use myself as well. So no matter how modest you choose, the result is the same just because it could help them more at the headquarters to book online to have time to organize their orders. We paid 300 for 12 days in which full insurance was included, so in case of any problem they offer you 24/24 assistance plus delivery to a different destination.
The last thing I would like to add is that every employee I have been in touch with is a fluent English speaker and helped us a lot when the person I traveled with does not understand Romanian yet.

It is advisable to stay away from them. You are forced to purchase insurance at an excessive cost of 50 euros per day even though insurance coverage has already been ordered through the website. It is claimed that the insurance purchased through the site is not worth it and there is nothing to do with it. They said that if no insurance was made through them and a scratch was found on the vehicle, then they would charge us the amount of the deposit, about a thousand euros. In the end it turns out that 25% is paid for the rent and 75% for the insurance, expensive, delusional and illogical !!

To avoid. On the site I sell you a VW Variant and when you arrive I give you a Fiat Tipo, then I tell you it's equivalent. Orient yourself to other companies. Not serious at all.
